Good Product
Product does a great job if the instructions available on-line are followed. Repaired a manufacturing flaw in American Standard toilet. Color matches exactly;.

Color match questionable
Did the job , very easy to use , dries quickly as long as no water drips down. I used on the inside and outside of a toilet bowl to temporary hold off purchasing new……. has a blue hue/ tint, but it will see once dry and light sanding is performed if it is still off-white but would recommend ! This gives you time to save money for replacement toilet tub sink etc.

Works great for covering porcelain chips.
Have used on a toilet and a sink and works as it should. They have good specific color matches for the brand of toilet. Seemed a little pricey for the amount they stick in a little 15 cc bottle. I guess it costs a lot for packaging, marketing, production & R&D.

Porc a fix touch up
It was easy to apply, and it covered the bathroom sink scratches well.

Color is off
The White AS-1 color is not matching the sink. It is a bit darker - slightly blue/green. I took care to shake the bottle to get a good mix prior to use. Otherwise, it is ok after several coats and sanding with 2000 and 3000 grit paper. Also, it's nice that it comes with its own brush.

This a great product and what a match and finished product looks great.
This product is great. You may have to try more then one to get the correct match. Bright white BS-1 was too bright and White AS-1 was as perfect a match as I could get. The pictures are 24", 12", 6" and the last Two are 2 inches away from the camera and I circled where the repair is because it is hard to see. The repair is almost seamless. It takes multiple coats and I bought sand paper that went from 600 to 2000 grit. If you use water and clean often while sanding you will prevent from getting the black flakes that can embed in the finish if you are not careful that other reviews talked about. I used 4 coats and sanded down relatively even across starting with heavier grit up to 1000 grit. Then I did one-two more coats to even every thing up and used just 2000 grit with water and cleaned it often for a really nice smooth finish. This is a great product and you can tell from when your sanding on it that it will hold up. I normally do not leave comments but this saved my remodel job from looking like crap because I chipped the tub during my remodel.

Dont waste your money, does not dry properly
I completely understand the painting and coating processes (I restore and paint classic cars) just for a qualification. This stuff does not adhere or cure properly. I completely prepped the surface of a brand new bathtub, that accidentally got chipped by a falling porcelain tile, by cleaning, sanding and feathering. I applied one ultra thin first coat on the chip and also applied a thin coat on a sample metal scrap to monitor the drying time on the scrap. Three hours later, it was still not cured. 24 hours later sort of gummy dry, but not sandable. I figured maybe I did not shake the product enough, so I easily removed the original repair with a plastic scraper, re prepped the surface and applied again, same bad result. I will have to buy the more expensive repair kit from another manufacturer.

Buy different whites and try them in a hidden spot
I discovered spider vein cracks in an expensive Kohler sink in my second home. A dealer and an Ace Hardware Store employee both recommended Porc a fix and suggested that I purchase two white colors. I was warned by others' reviews that one looked a bit dark, and that's what they said. I thought my sink was bright white, but when I tried that color in a hidden spot underneath, it showed. Instead it was the "darker" white that matched perfectly.. The first application made my problems absolutely disappear in the places that I covered. But when I went back another day to cover the least visible cracks, I made a few serious mistakes. First, I simply shook the container a few times. And then I allowed a friend to apply the far thick product too heavily, and when I returned an hour later, it was impossible to remove the excess without leaving black bits of the enclosed sandpaper on the residue. When I read the information on the manufacturer's website, I found very specific instructions that are not on the container: shake the bottle for at least 30 seconds and then let it stand for a minute before opening. It also explains why the sandpaper is such a small piece, tells you that it's 220 grit, and suggests that you can use 360-600 grit silicon carbide sandpaper to save buffing time and how to use a hairdryer to speed drying time *READ WHAT THEY SAY before trying it). l'm now heading to the hardware store and planning to do it right this time. I can't tell you how wonderfully the product worked when it was thin. Truly amazing. Just spend the money so you can try more than one shade. I think it was the American Standard white that worked on my Kohler Escale sink, but I'm not where the materials are as I write this.

Not quite the color as thought. But did the job just fine. I would buy again

You can tell its not porcelain but its way better than the metal showing. Unless you look at it closely it blends for small metal spots.

If I could give this product 0 starts, I would. It’s not even close to being “ white” as written on the box. Now I am finding out that the seller does not accept refunds. Wow-I feel ripped off considering the high price. Unacceptable!
