SYMPHONY 3 PRO PLUS (TKR-373MP+)

It's a great musical device. As a Filipino, I love it. The only thing I need to figure out is the GV App. I still have to call tech support whether or not my smartphone is compatible with the app. I will recommend this to a friend.

Easy hookup. If you buy music you have to order from the Philippines. If you do a chat you have to do it on Philippine time. GV Smart App that you download does not match the app shown in the instructions. Very difficult to follow and will require a chat eventually. They send you a code to download music and you better input it correctly the first time. If not you will have write them to get another code. No room for errors. If you like country music there is not much of a selection. Hard to change keys on microphone and remote. Key pad on mic does not match remote. If you select a key to sing a song and choose to record the system automatically goes back to the programs key for the song. Then you have to rush to change back to your key. Big hassle. If you sing and want too repeat the song you have to re set your key each time. Very confusing to operate and not worth the cost. I wish I could get my money back.

I got this grand videoke on the last weekend of May 2019 for my big party. At first, I was hesitating which karaoke machine I will getting and will be worth it to buy especially expensive one. So, I did search few magic karaoke and grand videoke and compare it. I like to read reviews cause it will help me to find better one. This grand videoke has few reviews and stars only so, I was not sure if will be worth it. Since I have to get one pretty soon for my big party coming up I decided to just get it and if I did not like it I will just return it. So, I got it from the mail exactly the day it said I will receive it. Everything was in the box when I opened it. It is easy to use and I love the sound quality especially when you have a good speaker too. I have not try to use my phone to download the app for grand videoke. I've been using the book and the remote for searching songs without problem. Lot of new songs to choose. The only thing I don't like was the "melody/flute" sound that I have to turn it off every single song but, for sure there is a way to set or fix that (hopefully). For me I love it and it is worth it!

Wonderful product. Bought since 2019. Has been awesome all along. Lots of songs from purchase. I get to update the songs as years progress via the company website. Been a great experience so far. Recommendation would be to purchase external speakers with it to avoid mic lag/delays.

The first item I bought wouldn't connect to the wifi, then the replacement came and it was able to connect to the wifi but the microphones doesn't work so now I have to return it again. On top of that, you have to buy the codes to update the song lists (16 volumes, 6 are free) for the cost of $ 200+ dollars. Now I wonder if I return the machine, will I be able to use the same codes or do I have to buy it again.

Expensive but worth it. The best karaoke I’ve ever had.

THE NEGATIVE SIDE. JUST UPGRADED TO GRAND VIDEOKE SYMPHONY 3 PRO PLUS FROM WOW GRAND VIDEOKE. IT TOOK A WHILE TO FIGURE IT OUT. DOWNLOAD YOUR APPS IN GOOGLE PLAY (GV SMART APP) NOT IN THE SCREEN IT WILL REDIRECT YOU TO OTHER PARTY. THE MICROPHONE, A LITTLE CONFUSING ISSUE IN CONNECTING, MAKE IT SURE THAT YOU ARE ON SAME CHANNEL TO THE MAIN PLAYER. THE SMARTPHONE CONNECTIONS WAS TRICKY BECAUSE OF THAT QR THATS ALWAYS IN THE SCREEN THATS CONFUSING IT MUST BE REMOVE AND THAT QR DONT HAVE ANY RELATION TO SMARTPHONE CONNECTIONS, IT WILL MAKE AN ERROR. FOR THE CORRECT QR, GO TO MENU IN REMOTE THEN WIFI SETTINGS. EVERYTIME YOU LOOK FOR THE CORRECT QR YOU MUST GO BACK TO WIFI. THE TV SCREEN ARE FULL OF COMMERCIALS ADDS/ ADDS-ON INSTRUCTIONS WHILE ON STANDBY, ITS VERY ANNOYING SPECIALLY WHILE WE ARE WATCHING OUR PICTURES, NOT SURE OF OUR OWN VIDEO BUT MOST LIKELY ARE SAME. COMMERCIALS ADDS MUST NOT BE THERE. SCREEN MUST BE FREE FROM EYE SORE. MANUFACTURER MUST PUT AN OPTION BUTTON ON EITHER WE WANT COMMERCIAL ADDS/INSTRUCTION ADDS OR NOT. REMOVE ALSO THAT LITTLE CRATURES CARTOON, IT LOOKS LIKE A CHILDREN GAMES, THAT DOESNT LOOK PROFESSIONALLY APPEALING. ALL MY GUESTS ARE COMPLAINING TO THIS ISSUES. VOICE COMMAND MUST BE IN THE MIC, NOT IN THE SMARTPHONE. ITS NOT CONVENIENT TO HOLD 2 THINGS AT SAME TIME. THERE MUST BE AN OPTION TO BUY/DOWNLOAD A SINGLE SONGS, OR AN OPTIONS TO SELECT OUR SONGS IN MULTIPLE TITLES/SINGERS AND PAY /DOWNLOAD. PEOPLE DONT WANT TO BUY SONGS THAT THEY DON'T WANT, ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. SLIDESHOWS DONT HAVE ANY SITTINGS. VIDEOS NOT 4K. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, THOUGH ITS NOT 4K BUT ITS GREAT THAN THE OLD VERSION. MIC IS GREAT ALSO THAN THE OLD VERSION. OTHER FUNCTIONS, NO ISSUES. MATERIAL IS GREAT. GENERAL CONCLUSIONS: MAKE AN UPDATE OF ANNOYING COMMERCIAL ADDS, UPDATE YOUR VIDEO AND WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. UPDATE HOW CAN WE DOWNLOAD/BUY THE SONGS THAT WE WANT ONLY. REMOVE THAT QR APPS THATS ALWAYS ON DISPLAY. ALSO, MAKE A NICE AND SMOOTH SLIDESHOW UPDATE.
