Moen Eva Brushed Nickel One-Handle Single Hole Bathroom Sink Faucet with Optional Deckplate and Available Vessel Sink Extension Kit, 6400BN

Purchased two Moen 6400BNE One-handle high arc Bathroom Faucets, Brushed Nickel. These replaced our original moen faucets, forty-five (45) years old, when our house was built. I knew I wanted Moen because of the proven well built quality that equals longevity without problems. (My old Moens were high polish chrome, single handle and low arc.) I prefer the brushed finish, for a softer look, with less glare, and avoids finger prints or water spots. The main reason for getting new faucets is the high arc design. High arc is a BIG improvement in using the sink, like washing your face and getting a tall glass of water. It is so much easier, and a lot less water is spilled on the counter, particularly around the back of the sink. Not only does this faucet provide a higher arc, (to get under the water), it also projects at least 1/2 inch further out from the faucet base, into the sink. This is great, and makes using the sink more enjoyable. The handle mechanism has a very nice feel to the shape and finish. The on / off single handle has a precise, (not sloppy or loose) feel with movement. It feels like quality, and looks quality. Very attractive with a style to compliment a wide range of decors. The tip of the faucet has a screen, but it is recessed a little, enhancing the visual design. To unscrew the screen, to occassionally rinse, there is a separate turn key to loosen and tighten it back in place. So, be careful not to discard the small red turn key. I put mine on a tiny key chain, and hung it under the sink, on the water shut off handle, for easy access, because it might not get used for years. I looked at all the faucets at the two big home improvement stores, and did not see this newer, top quality model. I am so happy to have Amazon for a resource, to find these. Highly pleased and recommend you consider this beautiful Moen high arc design. Shipped promptly, and they were packed in double boxes to protect them. PERFECT!

Great product! Works as expected!

As I expected with Moen, this faucet is of excellent quality, finish, and the components are also of excellent quality. It comes complete, no need to buy any hoses or anything else. It is reasonably easy to install. The high arc aspect is really nice as a person can wash their hair under it. It anchors to the counter, solidly and securely. I could not find it in any local brick and morter stores, so I bought it through Amazon. It is worth the price. I was pleased with the quality and appearance.

Another dependable Moen product at a reasonable price. Now want to order the matching towel racks!!

Very nice looking faucet. It works very well and has great hardware. Best of all you also have a lifetime warranty. Two complaints I have are: - the gasket for the base is very poor. It doesn't seal around the counter-top properly so water makes its way under and drips onto the shelf below. (You shouldn't have to caulk it) - the included drain extension (can't remember the name) is metal. I'm happy they went with a durable material, but drano + metal don't react well. I haven't had any problems as I have yet to use drano, but I'd almost have been happier if they used some thick ABS. (I didn't factor this into my review)

This faucet looks great and was easy enough for me to install. (I'm an experienced DIY'er.) We bought this to go with an Kohler Archer Pedestal Sink. The nice thing about the handle is that it doesn't pull too far back, so there is plenty of room between the handle and the tiled wall. Our kids love using this, and it matches the other Moen Eva faucets in our house. There was a nice little indicator for hot and cold that is included. All in all, a great buy. Moen's lifetime guarantee is also great. I have needed replacement parts a few times and they always send them quickly and easily.

LOVE IT! We only buy MOEN taps. They are quality, look great and function well. MOEN has a lifetime guarantee. They stand behind their products. We are thrilled with this new tap. It is replacing the two handle tap in our travel trailer. (needed an adapter to connect in our RV) It has the perfect arc. The handle moves nice and smooth. It goes nicely with our other MOEN accessories (towel ring holder + toilet roll holder) Looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier. I keep saying, "I love our new taps." Highly recommend. Easy to install.

White box product, has been installed for about a month now. Works great. I like the fact that it has a high spout.

These faucets look great, but the surface does not maintain its appearance well. Water stains make them look like someone touched them with soiled hands. I tried everything, including an expensive English wax that is supposed to do magic, but the trick never happened for me. If you do not mind having to polish them every week or leaving them looking stained, then I recommend them. Otherwise, find other models with improved surfaces that handle stains better.
