Enter Old India Onion Powder, riding in on a cardboard chariot of next-day shipping glory. And let me tell you, worth. every. click. This stuff is pure magic. The flavor is punchy, savory, and somehow tastes like I chopped onions without actually crying over my cutting board. It’s smooth, mixes beautifully, and makes me feel like a pro chef who’s got his life together (even when I’m just jazzing up some super noodles). Bonus points for the generous size, apparently, I now own enough onion powder to season a small village. Not complaining. Great product

There's not a lot to say about this, does the job perfectly, can be used in a variety and endless recipes. Onion and Garlic powders, is IMPORTANT in my cupboard not just as a fall back on spice if you don't have fresh. I particularly like to use onion powder for overnight seasonings or Freezer Food. I've been using onion and garlic powders for year's, when I was little I didn't like Onion 🧅 bit's, so mum used powder or onion puree. I LOVE 😍 ONIONS NOW, must admit I usually use Granulated Onion, that's only because the supermarket usually sell this. Shop labels can be misleading I have brought granulated onion which turned out to be powder and onion powder which is granulated. There is a difference between the two, The description for this product is correct it had good reviews, GENEROUS quantity at excellent price. Does impact a nice taste to food. Roast potatoes 🥔 🍠 with onion powder, salt and black pepper come out EVERY TIME brilliantly and deliciously moreish. Simply sprinkle over fried eggs 🍳 taking it to the next level is family favourite. Definitely would buy again recommended Purchase 👌

Absolutely brilliant. Great price and no added ingredients. Unless a recipe requires fresh onions for texture, Onion powder is a great substitute and so much easier than peeling and chopping onions.

Arrived on time and well-sealed, Smelt good and onion-y when I opened the packet, and added a great savoury flavour to my veg stew. It has a long shelf life (March 2027) which is handy, as there's plenty of it! Texture-wise, it's a fine powder, very similar to the garlic powder I use. Stored properly, I don't anticipate any problems with clumping. A very pleasing find, as I haven't being able to get hold of it in local stores.

Used in a dry rub, good flavour but a bit sweet. Ingredients only state "onions" so possibly it's the natural sweetness of onions but I haven't found this sweetness with other brands.
