Jolly Phonics Activity Book Set: In Print Letters (1-7)

These activity books are fun and engaging! My 4 year old daughter LOVES the sticker activities, and I love that she can start reading some words right away after the first book! I've searched far and wide for a fun, budget friendly phonics program, and this tops the list.

I enjoy using these activity books with my son who has a speech delay. they are certainly helping him pronounce better and he goes to these books without being told it's homework time. I recommend these to all parents to give their children a sound foundation in English and Reading

Good phonics

These books are wonderful for additional practice at home..............i love to teach my daughter (4years) in advancment of what she learnt at school. These activities are a major help as she loves doing all!!! Jolly Phonics is a lovely program for teaching letter sounds, pronunciations and reading etc. It actually works.

Good for parents teaching small children, the activities in student book and workbook require a lot of writing.

I wanted these books in hand to explore, but wasn’t sure if I was going to use them. Well, I will figure out a way to incorporate them because returning to the UK is super expensive! It would be twice the cost of the books to ship them back. They look fun and are very colorful. But we haven’t started using them yet.

Insegno inglese alla mia bimba di 6 anni, e uso principalmente il meodo di Read Write Inc che trovo eccezionale. Tuttavia questi libri, che comunque hanno un approccio simile e cioè fonetico piuttosto che semplicemente alfabetico alla lettoscrittura inglese, sono molto utili per introdurre nuovi vocaboli e tenre la bimba interessata attraverso piccole attività. Sebbene lei conosca già molte delle lettere in questione e legga molte parole semplici in inglese, si diverte a fare i piccoli esercizi/gioco e impara nuove parole. Vuole farlo tutti i giorni e nel giro di due giorni abbiamo già finito il libro 1. All'inizio può sembrare troppo semplice, ma in realtà li ho presi per poter affrintare gruppi di lettere più difficili come la "ee", "ou" e così via. Ampiamente soddisfatta, ma naturalmente è un materiale di supporto. Se poi il vostro bimbo/a è anche più piccolo va bene lo stesso, seguite il loro metodo per imparare ogni lettera con un apposito gesto (e su youtube trovate anche le canzoncine abbinate). Win win.
