I recently purchased the Silentnight Ultrabounce Pillows 2 Pack, and I can confidently say they have transformed my sleep experience! As someone who tends to switch between sleeping positions—stomach, back, and side—I was on the hunt for pillows that could provide the right balance of support and comfort, and these pillows have delivered beyond my expectations. I've been trying to find some good pillows for a while now that are very soft but still retain their shape well, I've finally found them! Well stuffed, good quality, comfortable pillows that are perfect for side and back sleepers who love sinking into their pillow.

Good value and quality, very comfy and bounce back into shape.

These pillows are plump and are a good size and height. My husband slept better with these and said that they do seem as if they hold their shape well, but it's early days yet so time will tell how long they hold their bounce back ability and last. They are a medium firmness so are supportive without being too hard.

Not worth £14 😵‍💫 very flat and not much filling. They feel like the cheap ones we used to get from the shop. Thought we’d get some nicer silent night ones but feel we’ve been ripped off.

[Update 2] They have now agreed to pass my feedback over to the retailer. Considering that this is a supplier issue and NOT a retailer issue, I am doubtful that this problem will be resolved. However, time will tell, and I hope that they realise multiple people are having issues with their product. [Update] According to silentnight's customer support, it is on Amazon to resolve this manufacturing issue within 28 days of purchase. This is the first seller I've reached out to where this has happened. Either Amazon is getting stricter, or they don't want to take the responsibility for selling a faulty product. [Original] When taking the pillows out of the packaging, the bottom one had a defect from the manufacturer, but the top one was fine. The external packaging from Amazon logistics also wasn't the greatest, and they were bulging out the cardboard box, but there's nothing they could do about that really. In the pictures you can see the defective pillow, and it's extremely worrying that this is a common issue with this product, as this really should have been caught in quality control. I have since contacted their customer support for help about this issue, and more importantly to make them aware of it as multiple people seem to be having this problem when ordering a set of 2 pillows. The initial response they gave me when I emailed them was for me to contact Amazon directly as they are the retailer, even though it clearly lists that they will replace missing or damaged items when you choose the support option for this seller on Amazon. Furthermore, the only 2 support options listed for the seller are their support website, or a phone number. There is no messaging through Amazon. Since one out of two pillows is okay, I don't wish to contact Amazon's customer support and request a refund, I would much rather come to a resolution with them through email instead. Not to mention the hassle it would be to ship this product back as I would need to carefully push these pillows into a reasonable sized bag and carry them to the post office. I am not a happy customer to say the least. I would personally just get some pillows at your local supermarket instead. You can at least return them with the receipt easily. I will update this review when their support team replies to my email.

These pillows are totally what they say they are. Softness with support are spot on!. Best I've bought in this price range.

I use these as spare pillows and so far, they have kept their shape and act like pillows should.

Maybe I did not read the description properly but I was very disappointed when my pillows arrived. They are slightly smaller than my old pillows and were not as big and bouncy as I was expecting. They feel quite flat on the bed. However I do have to say that they live up to their name "ultra bounce". When I sleep on my pillow all night it does always bounce back to its original shape in the morning.

After just four weeks of usage the pillows are lumpy and terrible! So disappointed with them.
