Works great! My husband had a cyst on his eye and we couldn’t get any medical attention for 2 days. We were able to control the pain and swelling with quality eye drops and using this 3 times a day. Easy to clean, soft, retains heat for an effective amount of time.

my eye dr told me to use eye compress. It helps my eyes but the velcro strap is a nuisance. I don't use because it grabs hair.

Very soothing for my eye injury. If you are having an issue with your eye, I would recommend it. Now that my eye is healed, I still use it as part of my beauty treatment.

Great mask, just heat for 20 seconds and it's ready to wear. Very comfortable, I don't know where the reviews came from that said it was not. It heats, wears and stays put like it should.

I've bought 4 different eye masks in the last year. All have been problematic for various reasons. The Bruder Moist Heat Compress works great but is hard to clean The Kimkoo claimed to be washable at the time of purchase. It was not. And the velvety material became hot and clammy during use. The Dr. Comfy had a removable insert which made cleaning easy, but the insert was too small and didn't create sufficient pressure. Also, the insert became much too hot. This product has addressed my needs better than all the others. The one minor complaint is that the blue cover uses a material that doesn't breathe so well. I wish the manufacturers would offer a cover made of more breathable material like the Bruder or the Dr. Comfy, but I'm tired of searching for better alternatives. This covers the most important requirements: Comfortable fit. Even pressure on the eyes, Cleanable case.

When you follow directions, it works as intended.

Tried once. Donated this to thrift store. Preferred my original "Oasis" mask and bought that at my eye doctors.
