These seeds worked great for me
In the spring of 2024 i planted these seeds in small peat pots . Sat them on my patio for a few weeks keeping them moist ..Then i planted the peat pots in my small garden , they started growing ok but spring 2025 they popped up vary vigorously , mostly blue and pink . I've noticed some seed pods on a spent flower so i'm thinking they will spread which is good for me

Disappointment
The plants grew and grew and grew but in two years they never bloomed. A lot of green, healthy plants but not a single lupin has sprouted, my thoughts are these seeds are sterile. I would state avoid this product as you will be frustrated at the lack of color

So far so good /then disappointing
I planted about three flats of these in my greenhouse and I would say about 80% of them have germinated and looks like strong, healthy little plants. I am hardening them now as It's almost time to transplant them- I am so excited, fingers crossed!! Update: taking off 2 stars. So these were great until I transplanted them into good soul with good light. Everything around them took off and was gorgeous. These didn't do anything. A few of them grew to about a foot high but no flowers or anything. I was so disappointed but I have seeds left and I will try again next year. Also, curious to see if this year's transplants will come back in the spring and do better?

Not 500 seeds.
So am still reserving judgement on quality as I just started them last night, so of course won't know anything for a couple weeks yet. So the star score may change. That said was definitely not 500 seeds. I put 3 seeds in each of incubation pods for a total of 75 seeds sown. With the seeds left I may be able to do another full tray if I drop down to two seed per pod. So realistically you are looking at about 125 to 150 seeds in the package. Which if they are quality viable seeds then am happy if the germination rate is over 50 percent.

Good seed
I bought these seeds last year. And now for the review. I am a new Gardner and had heard lupine were a bit difficult to grow so I decide to try. I soaked and then planted in seed starter mix and put under lights and watered. I live in Ohio. They all came up! I babied until end of May and early June and planted. So far so good. Will post flowers maybe next year. Don’t think I’ll get this year

So far, so good!
I put about half of my seeds in the fridge in a Ziploc bag on a wet paper towel in mid-January (winter-sowing... I live in zone 6, southern PA). After about 4 weeks, with a few of the seeds showing signs of the coats splitting, I put the baggie on a sunny windowsill, where they suddenly went great gang-busters trying to push out little roots. I've planted those with roots in some potting soil in biodegradable newspaper cups (so I can just plant the cups without disturbing the roots that I've read do not like to be transplanted). After only a day in moist soil, most are already pushing up little leaves! Every day, a few more seeds in the baggie sprout! So far, out of approximately 100-120 seeds (sorry, I didn't actually count), I have about 50-60 little tiny plants that seem happy, so far. I will plant them out when it's warm, but don't really expect them to flower this year, as it can often take 2 years for winter-sown flowers to bloom. Will update after the summer to let you know how they performed.
