It is real saffron .Biryani becomes more tasty because of saffron 😍. My review is as follows- * Scent - awesome . Really very strong * Flavour - Really good . On mixing with milk ,really dissolve to give colour ,with a great taste . * Cost - Cost wise decently priced . Overall ,it has nice aroma ,and very good taste , will blend of colour , taste and aroma , I use it in almost all my favourite dishes. Thumbs up .

I read a lot of reviews before I finally decided to go with this.There were many products which suggested strong smell and instant colour however after using fresh Zafran from my friends kitchen garden..I am aware true zafran releases both very slowly..its not instant..the aroma always stays strong though. On receipt of the product first I tested it on milk..it took some time of soaking and reheating the milk then slowly a very pale yellow colour did come and the milk smelled very nice..This was after adding just two tiny strands of Zafran in 3/4 th cup of milk. Yup this is good zafran. I would recommend it.

I like the most is it's beautiful & stylish packing. It comes in a nice box which makes it's beautiful. Kesar colour is also so satisfying. Also it's fragrance is amazing & so satisfying. I was received very high quality kesar. I never seen this type quality kesar. I bought this kesar for making a sweet dishes & specially making for kheer. When my mom make the kheer with use of these kesar, kheer test is amazing also it's colour is amazing. Also it's a very helpful ingredient for our health. Specially very helpful ingredient at the time of women delivery period. I also use this kesar for make a face packs. And it's results found so satisfying. Quality & quantity are also very nice in one package. In this price range no one can give this premium quality kesar. It's good deal for me.
