I have purchased several comparable hand & finger exercisers from brand names, yet this relatively unknown brand (unknown to me), proved to be the best. The quality is very impressive, metal individual finger adjusters (instead of plastic), rubberized grip (instead of plastic). And the ingenious innovation, of having 5 digits (instead of the usual 4), means you can exercise the fingers laterally as well as vertically, which is great for guitar players, stretching fingers across the fretboard. And the price is right. Highly recommend.

I've been playing the guitar for years, although you'd never believe that if you heard me play. A few years ago I had a rather significant injury to my left hand and quit playing altogether due to lack of strength and finger control. I started playing again a few months ago, and the lack of hand strength has been a problem. I just got this Finger Strengthener today and have been working with it for several minutes. It is EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. Each of the finger buttons can be adjusted to different resistant levels which is nice. For now the factory settings are working just fine. I'm most happy with the fact that the little finger button not only strengthens but helps develop strength in the stretched position. As long as I use this on a regular basis I'll be able to hit some of the tougher cords that until recently have been very difficult for me.

The product functions, but the package is missing the two piston locks. However, even without the locks, the solid build provides great exercise. The grip and adjusters make this easy to use.

Easy to use, adjustable and build very sturdy. Wished that it was ergonomically designed so I can use it more frequently during the day like a stress ball vs just an exercise tool.

Unit is compact and easy to use. Adjustable resistance levels. I keep it by my chair and use it while watching TV. I like the spacing for the little finger since that is a more natural position.

I got this so I could work on CAGED scale & chord practice while I fidget. This actually worked well - the variable spring tension was nice, and having five pads to grip helped me stretch to lower "frets" when learning pentatonic scale progressions. "Barring" one finger across five pads helped me keep my index finger straighter & pressure more even. It's a productive fidget gadget - it keeps your hands busy so you can focus, and you can work on building muscle memory at the same time. One complaint is that it was missing a single small screw on the assembly that is usually covered by the rubber grip. It doesn't seem to affect anything, but odd that it was missing.

My package did not have the "buckles." Disappointed....

I noticed that my finger strength in my ring finger and pinky finger was not as good as it could be. I bought this device to solve that and the early returns are it is helping. I find this helps with finger isolation dexterity (using only a single finger to press on the resistance button) as well as strength building. I would recommend.
