I would recommend!
Well it was a chore as I am sure most are but once in it works great! No openings and snug! Be sure to have a spray bottle with dish soap and water to get it slippery/soapy. Half way through we went and started pulling in the middle and then back at the end and back and forth until we got it to the end. It took some muscles but so nice now that it's done and this was a great weather strip!

Real rubber, fits perfectly and installs easily.
Unlike many other seals that are advertised as "rubber" but are actually PVC, this is a real deal. The keyword to look for is "EPDM" - Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer which is synthetic rubber. Unlike cheaper PVC it is flexible over a broad range of temperatures and very weather resistant. This one is correctly sized for a standard grooved bottom strip and installs easily. Before installation it is good to lay it down on the ground in a sunny spot to fully straighten it. After removing the old strip clean the grooves well and spray with soapy water. The instructions suggest to pull only one edge in and then squeeze the other side in with a screw driver. I did not follow them, but inserted both sides of the seal in the grooves and pushed it in. Because the groves were clean and soapy water reduced friction the gasket went in without problems. Very good product.

Very tight fit
The OEM seal for my garage had 1/4 inch T tracks, so I ordered the 1/4 inch version of this product. Before attempting installation, I cleaned the tracks and during installation continuously lubricated them with soapy water from a spray bottle. This seal barely fit in my T tracks. I could feed only about 1/2 an inch into the track at a time. It took hours to feed 9 feet of seal 1/2 inch at a time. As more and more of the seal entered the track, friction increased and the effort to slide the seal in also increased. The soapy water helped but not much. When I attempted to simply pull the seal through the tracks, the seal tended to feed incorrectly and jump out of the track. It took hours of hard work to install. The bad news, I have a second garage door. This seal differed from the OEM seal in that the Ts of the OEM seal were made with a radius, whereas this seal had square Ts, meaning both were 1/4 inch wide but the OEM Ts had less bulk and more wiggle room, allowing them to slide on far more easily. Given all the positive reviews, it seems likely that my T tracks were made slightly smaller than others. So, for most buyers, these will likely be easy to install. However, there is a chance that installation could be challenging. If you are faced with a tight fit, I suggest seeking assistance, because having one person feed the seal and one or more persons pull the seal might substantially speed up the process. Or, just find an OEM product. If you are installing by yourself, it helps to tie something around the seal a few inches before it enters the track to bend it into a curved configuration, as this will help it feed correctly. Otherwise, the seal seems robust. Good luck!

High quality seal and easy to install.
High quality rubber seal. Received order quickly. As advertised and looks good under my garage door. I had difficulty accessing the ends of my door due to the roller rail partially blocking it, so rather than slide it in from the end, I installed the new seal by pushing it into the track on each side. I found a putty knife was better than a screwdriver since it was wider and I could push more at a time. As the instructions show, you push the inside of the tee piece in and then use the putty knife to push the outside of the tee in. Once one side is complete go to the other side and repeat. I am very pleased with the seal.

Excellent product and happy customer
I did a ton of research on replacement garage door seals as I tried to figure out how to replace the original seals on our garage doors, which are most likely original, meaning 25 years old. While stores like Home Depot and Lowe's do carry a couple of options I was not impressed with the feel of the material and didn't think they would last long in the south Texas heat. Quite a few reviews spoke about how the Bowsen ones were well-made of thicker rubber, so I ordered two sets, a 10-foot and a 16-foot. I am very happy with the products. The rubber is thicker than the other ones I looked at and I think it will do very well. They are flexible, yet sturdy. I installed them alone. It definitely would be easier to have a second person there to feed the seal as you pull it from the other end along the T-tracks, but for me it was not necessary. I did use the suggestion to spray both the tracks and the rubber with a dishwashing soap/water mixture to help lubricate the channels and ease installation. As it dried I would add more every foot or so as I advanced the strip along the track. This worked well for me. After I'd done one door, I knew what worked and what did not and moved faster. I am extremely happy with the results. The doors seal much better now and look good. The length was actually slightly longer than it says, probably to give you some flex for minor deviations. It was very easy to cut when I trimmed it to exact door size. Overall, I have been impressed by both the product and customer support from Bowsen. Highly recommended!

Last garage door seal you'll need to buy.
Great seal replacement for my Wayne Dalton garage door. It fits perfectly and was easy to install. EPDM material; from my engineering background, this material is highly resistant to most environments. Good buy...

Great Quality
My garage floor is uneven and left a gap on one side where rain would come in. Ordered the Cloudbuyer U+O 5/16” T and it didn’t fit my 1/4” T. Returned and got this one by Bowden. When I opened the package I immediately noticed the quality of the rubber as it being more pliable, less plasticity . When I unrolled it onto the garage floor, I also noticed that the O was not collapsed as in the other brand was collapsed about every foot from being rolled into the package. I also liked that this one came in a box not a bag with pictured instructions on the back. My old seal came off pretty easy and just tried to put the new seal on without lubrication and only got about 4 feet on without going any further. Then as the instructions noted I cleaned the track and lubricate it with soapy water. This turned out to be much easier but had to get two other people to help pull a few inches at a time, one to feed and two to pull. Feeding into the track was tricky as it kept falling out at the track edge. What really helped was supporting the roll of product by tying it up on the wall about the same height as the track. Then it took about 15 minutes to slide it on completely. When the 16’ seal was completely on I had about two inches excess to cut off. Rather than cutting, it turned out to be stretched from pulling so we worked the excess into the track and it’s a perfect fit on both ends. My old seal was just the “U” not the “U+O” and was completely flattened by age. I was surprised that the new seal do not smash down much by the weight of the door (even with the opener unlatched the door requires 50-70 pounds of pull to start opening by hand). So I had to adjust the opener “Down Force” and “Down Distance” to close a small opening I had from the concrete floor being uneven. I would buy this product again and would recommend it to others.
