This is a real good cleaner for your bike.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but after just a couple uses, I became a believer in Muc-Off fast action bike cleaner. So much so, I buy the 5L to save money. This for me is a great value, as I ride year round. I had always used car soap to clean my bikes & thought specialty bike soap was just a gimmick. I was really surprised how well Muc-Off broke down the trail mud & muck, allowing for almost scrub free cleaning. I say almost, because for the thicker, oilier muck, a soft brush aides in getting the frame & bike components clean. To use, you just spray Muc-Off on your pre-wetted bike, let sit & soak for 2-3 minutes, use a sponge or soft bristle brush to wipe/scrub as you rinse off. If it is really sunny or hot, this is best done in the shade. The direct sun & heat will cause the cleaner to dry rapidly before rinsing. I like that it does not damage parts like the brake rotors & calipers. For light cleaning (after dry dusty rides or just maintenance cleaning) I’ve found by using a separate spray bottle & diluting the solution with water (1:1), Muc-Off is still plenty strong to clean my MTB. A bonus I really like about Muc-Off bike cleaner is that it’s biodegradable. I’m not a hippie, but if I can use a product that won’t unnecessarily damage or stress the environment, I will. Best offroad cleaner hands down. Ive tried alot and its hard finding one that cleans this good without affecting the surface in a negative way. This stuff is awesome.

I first got 5L jug of this on Woot for $19.99. That was a great deal. I replenished in December at $31.00 - OK price. It's currently $44 - not so great (my opinion). So if you're using this as your primary cleaner, it's going to get expensive pretty quickly. Comparing it to traditional car wash soap (i.e., Chemical Guys Mr. Pink) it's prohibitive. However, it has an important role to play. We use Mr. Pink as our main soap, but mountain bikes have hard to reach places - lower linkage, pivots, suspension etc. This is what we use the Muc-Off for. Give those nooks and crannies a good hit, let sit a few minutes while doing other stuff, then rinse. Works a treat. Use it where it has the most benefit, and stick to traditional much cheaper soap for the bulk of the cleaning. Avoid getting it on your skin, and especially in your eyes. A degree of caution when spraying is advisable.

Great product. Ordered a few times already

This stuff is quite strong and I have to say it's ideal for washing bikes that have grime that tends to resist washing off. First of all, if you have cuts, you will feel it with this product. It stings like hell. However when I tested this product on some older anodized finishes by soaking them in, it cleaned it up nicely without dulling the finish. I've seen other pink colored products that is cheaper but it tends to dull the finish. Always get the real Muc Off stuff. I don't see the need to use this product full strength all the time. I recommend making two spray bottles, one at full strength, ideal for scrubbing tires (this is mostly for those of us that store bikes indoors with carpet), the other at a strength to use on the rest of the bike. If you tend to wash your bikes when the grime hasn't baked itself on, you can use a lighter solution. If you tend to wash your bike on a schedule where the grime had time to set in, use more product. Try not to use this product under direct sunlight as it'll dry up faster. The best way is to spray it on, let it sit for a couple of minutes then wash off with a sponge and hose.

I literally spray the bike with it, then rinse and dry. That simple. No high pressure sprayer! Towel dry.

Es el mejor limpiador probado hasta ahora (y he probado muchos antes), incluso en cuadros mate la funcion es excelente (la marca tiene uno especial para mate y queda con mas brillo el resultado), comprarlo tranquilamente. Hasta con la bicicleta repleta de barro espeso aplica el Muc-Off, dejalo actuar unos minutos y despues pásale la manguera sin nada de presión, os vais a quedas realmente sorprendidos. Siempre lo recomiendo con la misma anecdota... - Terminas una ruta que te has puesto de mierda "hasta las cejas" y en la cola que se monta para lavar las bicis, siempre vamos con nuestro spray y mientras esperamos nuestro turno se lo aplicamos, despues solo poniendo la manguera encima de la bicicleta... "zas en toda la boca" a los que te tachan de friki cuando te ven rociando tu bici en la cola, es buenísimo la cara que se les queda. Lo mejor es que no hace falta presión en el agua, lo que supone un ahorro en rodamientos de pedalier, dirección, rudas... Es ecológico (doy fe pues el cesped de mi casa no se resiente) y nada corrosivo, lo he dejado aplicado durante todo un día sobre la biciclera y nada de manchas, ni desgasta la pintura.

Très bon produit et qui sent bon

Est-il encore nécessaire de présenter ce produit ? Il est vraiment bien, le nettoyage de mes vélos avec ce produit est toujours impeccable. De plus il dégage une odeur très agréable.

Ja klar ist das irgendwie auch ein " Livestyle" Produkt. Wenn man sich das Marketing ansieht könnte man meinen " wenn man diesen Reiniger nicht verwendet , gehört man nicht dazu" Ich habe das Zeug aber gar nicht deswegen gekauft, sondern weil ich einen Reiniger brauchte und dieser hier zu einem unschlagbaren Preis angeboten wurde. Ob ich den jetzt für die deutlich über 30 Euro gekauft hätte , ich denke nicht. Aber Gut, dachte ich, für den Preis probierte den mal. Ich verwende ihn in Zusammenhang mit einem fontus 18v6 und einem Seifenaufsatz. Das sprüht dann da Zeug aufs Rad. Es bildet sich dann ein sahneartiger Schaum der Recht gut am Rad haftet. Und weil das so ist, löst das Zeug auch ganz gut den Dreck an. Ich hatte beim ersten Einsatz, festgeklebten Schlamm am Rad , den ich vorher schon mit dem fontus 18v6 angelöst habe, nachdem aber der Reiniger seine Wirkung entfaltet hatte, konnte ich die ganze Pampe schön abspülen. Mechanische Nachhilfe war gar nicht mehr nötig. Von dreckig bis sauber in 20 Minuten. Da kann man nicht meckern. Da ich erst noch Erfahrungen mit anderen Reinigern machen müsste um auch vergleichen zu können, ist meine Rezension in der Richtung vllt sehr einseitig. Ich muss aber sagen, das ich mit dem Reiniger soweit ganz gut zufrieden bin und es, für mich gar keinen Grund geben würde , noch einen anderen Reiniger probieren zu müssen. Da das Zeug über den fontus auch ganz ergiebig ist, wird es eine Weile dauern bis der alle ist und sollte es in der Zwischenzeit wieder so ein Mega Angebot geben, würde ich glatt erneut zuschlagen. Der aktuelle Preis ist doch schon ziemlich hoch für das Produkt aber zugegeben, er macht auch gut sauber Wem das nicht zu teuer ist , wird hier einen guten Reiniger bekommen. Da ich aber im Moment nicht sehr , das Amazon nochmals so ein top Angebot raus haut, werde ich wohl über kurz oder lang auch Erfahrung mit anderen Reinigern machen müssen
