Real honey
In a world of sugar-hidden honey, this one is the real deal. Tasty and doesn’t crystallise in the cupboard unlike some popular brands in the UK. Highly recommend!

Quite simply the honey is delicious and texture good.

Sweetness
Used as a sugar supplement, tastes nice, but too sweet, just a half teaspoonful to a 200ml cup for a tea or coffee is okay. Initially added a whole teaspoonful, but was too sweet. If you do not like your drink too sweet, I suggest adding just half tea spoonful.

Lovely honey nice and mild
This honey came nicely packaged and on time . I’ve been using the honey in tea and also on toast as I’ve been feeling under the weather so bought it to give my immune system a pick me up , would definitely recommend as the honey is delicious and is not over powering in taste

As a Scot living in the US, I’ve long been on the lookout for a genuine Scottish honey without having to order direct from Scotland. This is the real deal! Delicious, authentic, a real treat on toast (or by the spoonful!), wonderfully soothing for colds and sore throats. Even better, I feel great giving this to my kids because I know it’s top quality, real Scottish honey. I thought the price was very reasonable but did have concerns about delivery of a glass jar. I needn’t have worried - arrived very quickly and very well-packaged so everything was intact (no sticky messes). The branding is so cute, I plan to get more as gifts for all my American friends.

I don’t think it’s pure. I’m allergic to corn syrup, and I had a reaction to this.

Tastes pleasantly and mildly like peach jam. A bit thicker than most honeys, and not instantly pourable. Floral fragrance is subtle. Was delivered quickly (unlike British Isles products which are transported on sailing ships with average speeds of 5 knots per hour). This Scottish Heather honey is definitely worth the extra expense. This is very nice honey for serving tea to a visitor. This is not an every day ordinary honey

I am currently trying to contact seller. Smells great, but it is a shame it came like this. Will update if issue is resolved. Edit: Issue was 100% resolved with a brand new jar of honey being sent. CS was great so back to 5 stars. Oh and as far as taste goes, tastes pretty flipping good.
