How many times can you use it?

It's a HUGE bottle and I have a jaccuzi tub. About 2 capfuls is enough for a lot of long-lasting bubbles that smell wonderful.

Can this be used as a shower gel? In other words, can you pour it on a washcloth?

It can be used as a shower gel. Its a very thick soap so it may not be as good as using it for a bath tub application. Its best used as a soaking bath application.

How does this comparedoou pour oil into water with bubbles to the Bath and Body Works?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. But it makes bubbles and it has Epsom salt in it to soothe achy body. It also smells very good. I hope this answers your question.
