Great morning supplement
Half a teaspoon of curcumin in a tablespoon of Moroccan olive oil in the dash of pepper I found this to be a great health supplement if you can stand swallowing it

Your health.. finding a way
Unless I'm crazy I could swear the day or evening I consume a ,1/2 teaspoon of this product I no longer felt pain with my shoulders as I was before when had to lay on my either side during sleep time. Food you put it in complety covers the taste. You just need to be very careful about getting it on everything else. Because it will stain everything.

Amazon got it wrong, manufacturer got it right
Amazon refused to refund or exchange the damaged product. I contacted the manufacturer and they stated Amazon was supposed to refund the defective item. The manufacturer sent me a replacement product quickly. The product flowed easily and filled the capsules nicely. I take turmeric on a daily basis for arthritic joint pain . It really does help. I will buy this product again in the future. If I have a problem I will not bother with Amazon I'll go directly to the manufacturer. They were quite helpful.

Your whole life will become YELLOW.
1) Super yellow pigment that gets on everything and does NOT wash off easily! Just the tiniest bit spilled will create problems in your daily life. That was not the case for my previous brand which was not as brightly colored and not as many small chunks, it was more powdery. 2) Does NOT dissolve in hot liquids which is the primary way I like to get my curcumin. I like to use it in my coffee and thought I'd try this since shipping time is fast and it's less expensive than other brands. It's probably fine for baking or cooking , I don't know.
