Not for starters!! Need a lot of experience.
So! First off, I love the aesthetic and I’m absolutely in love with how my model turned out. HOWEVER!! I have to say on the record that this was easily the most difficult model I have ever built. I have made several similar 1:24 home models of this caliber and type and this is by far the hardest one. For a few reasons. 1: the instructions were extremely vague (probably a translation issue) and were missing several steps. The instructions were vague and ambiguous and the pictures were so bad I couldn’t get an accurate representation of where things needed to go. I feel like they need to be a little more detailed so that things line up properly. 2: I’m not sure if it was just the one I received or if its all models, but the quality of the wooden pieces was just not great. They were off in size on a couple of major pieces so much so that I had to break them to make them fit properly. I am not super concerned with my models looking “perfect” so this wasn’t an issue for me, but if someone else is more concerned about that I suggest you make ABSOLUTELY sure that your pieces fit together properly before glueing everything down. 3: my kit was only missing a couple pieces. I was not given the extra wire in order to make the lights work. I had to borrow wire from other lights and eventually made it work, but I was missing that. Make sure you count all your pieces before starting.I want to make sure people who build this know of the hardest parts to build for me. 1: Make absolutely sure you have put the stairs in the correct direction before glueing everything down. The instructions didn’t really emphasize this until page 18 when I had already made the stairs and glued them in. I had to break them off in order to put them in the right direction. (May have been user error but make sure they’re right first!!!) 2: super glue does not work for the plexi glass pieces! The chemicals in the glue react funny on the plastic and it makes it horribly foggy and ugly. I recommend using hot glue for anything involving the plexiglass or plastic pieces. 3: also do not use super glue on any part of fabric. It has a high Fisk of combustion and will burn you. I made this mistake on the first model I ever made and there was smoke coming off of the piece I was working on!!Anyways, this is just a PSA and a reminder to be very prepared before building this model because it was super difficult. But have fun!!! I sure did.

One of the most enjoyable kits I've dpne!
I have done over a dozen of these DIY dollhouse kits and this is by far one of the most enjoyable I have done so far! The building design is unique and very detailed. As I only spend a couple of hours a day on it after work, it can take several days to complete each section, which, to me, adds to it's value. All the instructions are clear and concise, but you can tell that this one requires a bit more experience if you don't want to get confused on a couple of things.

Looks unique (due to clear glass construction); takes TIME
I have made 37 (yes, as a hobby not for a living) miniature kits in the last six months or so, of varied sizes, on the 1:24 scale. All have some unique features and I picked this for the height factor plus clear walls. Extra finicky because the walls are clear and misfits not as easy to fix as if glue and paper. Instructions aren't great BUT it comes with a piece of paper basically apologizing for bad instructions and with a link to a PDF and video; haven't checked them out. About halfway through the build as of now. It's finicky but not too frustrating. Would recommend (so far) for someone looking for a more unusual miniature to include in their collection. Side note: because there's so much clear material you may want to be extra picky about what glue you're using (something that definitely dries clear).

No es para niños
No viene con un manual preciso, si nunca a armado casas o no tiene experiencia en maquetas le costará mucho terminarla, no es para niños

Better for people with experience
This is difficult even for me and I do these a lot. The product is great though quality is good for the price. Patience is a must! Not for children.

Def not for children. Very complicated but fun.
I have made 5 mini dollhouse kits so far and this one would be my favorite BECAUSE it’s so complex. I also used some of my own scrapbook paper as flooring and wallpaper. The only downside I have is there is no place to hide the battery boxLook at the pics as some parts of the process (pics not in order)

My least favorite miniature kit
I didn’t have fun putting together this kit as it was too difficult to get the pieces together and superglue, which is necessary, left white marks all over the black surface. I also think the pool looks a little silly. Couldn’t even get the roof on.
