Perfect coffee every time, frothy and a good temperature despite taking like 10 seconds to get the green light! Good size for in the kitchen, would prefer more water capacity but it’s not a hassle to fill up. Make sure to buy cleaning solution, we use once every 6 months or so but I think that’s actually generous.

Excellent quality, coffee pod maker. The water temperature is ideal for coffee. The speed of operation is as expected. The capacity is adequate for making two large lattes. This machine offers great value for money. If regularly cleaned the taste is fabulous.

Its a great coffee kachine. We wanted an automatic machine it switches itself off but you can select how much water to use before (the pods indicate whst level is best for each drink). The drinks are hotter than my previous Tassimo and the coue of flavours we have tried are delicious (latte macchiato and cocochino).

Bought to replace a previous dolce gusto machine. Love this one more, compact, easy to use and is automatic, so no need to watch it fill your coffee cup up. Only issue we had was that a tiny spring is located in a small hole at the back where the water tank goes, this fell out without realising what it was. Panic! It is for cleaning the nozzle apparently but had to Google to find out and does not need to stay in the hole at all, easier without it in place. Otherwise a great little machine.

Nice little machine. Replaced one (another make) that died after 30 months so hope for better this time. It It seems to work fine. The water flow is quite slow so being able to set the cutoff and do something else is useful. One query - the instructions are multi-lingual and rely on pictures. What it does not cover is how to clean the machine - it has a pic showing a bottle of descaler, but how much should you use and how often? As my previous one probably suffered from this I’d really like to know.

This is my second dolce gusto machine, my last one only lasted 12 months. As this has a small footprint for small kitchens, and ease of use I decided to give another one a try. I will be descaling more often in a hope to prolong its life. Only one thing that might be a problem to anyone not using one before, the instructions don’t come in English with this particular machine, but the diagrams are quite clear to follow. Some other sellers offer a bundle with machine and a selection of coffee pods, for me this wasn’t useful as I gave away most of them due to them not being to my taste.

Brought as a replacement for my mother, she loves this machine but the only fault is that the water container is a little stiff and awkward for her to take off to refill. Apart from that it's so easy to use and its pleasing to the eye, still noisey but I think all these machines are

Having looked at the many different, and somewhat strange, designs I opted to give Krups a try. I was immediately taken by the size of the water holder; or should I say by the lack of size. My concerns turned out to be well founded and I find myself spending a lot of time filling the thing. This, in itself, would be bearable if it weren't for the fact that the container is such a tight fit that I find myself fighting to get the thing off! On further study I found that virtually all the similar machines possess woefully small capacities. This will not be a problem if you only drink espresso from a thimble but, if like me, you like your coffee, or hot chocolate, in larger servings you will be disappointed. That is if you have managed to fill the thing in the first place!!

مبديا اليوم استلمتها حلوه وحار الماء قد طلبت من امريكا ورجعتنا بسبب الكبسولات منتهيه الصلاحيه لان دفعت قيمتها بس برضوا ذي نفسها بالضبط بس بدون كبسولات الفيش ثنائي اما اللي بامريكا ثلاثي صراحه ع طول استخدمت محول وشغلتها
