My First Wipe Clean: Pen Control

These books are so great. My eldest grandson went through two of these books - really helped early pen control/writing. Highly recommend.

Great book for pen control with pre schoolers, has also helped massively with object/colour identification

My 3 year old likes these books as they wipe clean when she makes a mistake and she can start again with out any fuss. The surface makes it easy for her to trace over lines. She was gettting very frustrated with the paper books as she is heavy handed and kept ripping paper. This has been fundamental in getting her intrested in writing and drawing. Wished i had these when i was geowing so much easier than copying as you learn the movement of pen.

My son has just turned 3 and I wanted to introduce him to basic pen control before he starts school next year. This book is great because you can just wipe the pen off and use it over and over, rather than wasting paper. I was surprised at how interested he was, I think it helps that there are animals ‘finding their mummy’s’ and different scenarios that make drawing a line a bit more exciting. He will sit and work through the book without getting bored. Overall definitely recommend.

My son is 2 years and 9 months and only after a few attempts of using this book his pen control has improved, to start with he would just scribble. He loves the little activity on each page matching the mummy and baby together or helping the rocket to take off which helps keep him interested and keep it fun. I have found the pen is not the best but only due to my son occasionally putting it in his mouth. We have other wipe clean pens we can use with the book but for now while the pen it came with is still working I think it is still the best pen to use.

Lovely book for learning fine motor and phonics. Wipes off easily and clear illustrations.

Lovely book however pen does not work so unusable as you cannot wipe off pen!
