Excellent quality and effectiveness
I started taking this supplement as an alternative to HRT for hot flashes and other menopause issues. It has been amazing, better than HRT for me without the risks, and instead with many positive side effects such as thicker, healthier hair, stong nails, and less inflammation overall. I have not had a hot flash in years thanks for this supplement.

Lowers bad cholesterol AND raises good cholesterol
Recommend purchasing in the cooler months. We bought it summer and they arrived melted together. We separated them and are taking them anyway. The last cholesterol test came out great! The bad cholesterol is low, and it raised the good cholesterol. Doc is happy too.
