Wonderful item!
Nice bright white color which is matched only by the great quality of the fabric. Thank you so much.

Thin but fine!
This isn’t super thick high quality fabric. But for the value it is great. It is not thin like paper as another review suggests. It’s exactly how I figured it would be... I’m using it for the back layer on masks and it is soft and will suit its purpose just fine.

Variety
I liked the variety of colors but the stack wasn't as big as the picture shows.

Misleading description, but good smooth cotton.
I originally bought this fabric for mask making during the mask campaigns led by local hospital groups. It was smooth, soft and comfortable to wear, and convenient, plus available. There was a huge shortage of cotton trying to keep up with the demand. I still had some left over and started sewing other things, eventually leading to machine embroidery. And it is definitely not Twill as listed. Pretty certain it's cotton, have not done the burn test. But the feel of it is cotton. It is somewhat thin, probably a good shirting fabric. Or for hand embroidery. I'm making patches and had to layer it on felt to get a sturdy enough foundation. Twill has a diagonal grain that this does not have. Also, fabric was not pinked and sizes were varied, but close to 10". It suited my mask making needs well, but not right for patches. If I cover it with HTV then I can get a book cover material quality out of it, which might be useful.

Excellent cloth mask material.
I was asked to sew all black face masks for men. This fabric is beautiful! Smooth and lightweight, but not sheer. I immediately ordered another layer cake of the same item!

Pinking Shears & A Box of Bandaids
If you are using these as foundation squares for quilting, get out your pinking shears and bandaids. The picture clearly shows the edges are cut with pinking shears, as they should be, but they are not. The edges are straight cut and already fraying out when you receive them. If you use them as is for a quilt, it will come apart at the seams after the first wash. Also be aware that if you need 10" squares, they will be 9 1/2" after pinking and they will shrink if you prewash. So then you have 9" squares, and will have to refigure the math for a finished quilt. As for quality of the material, it is "okay" for the price, but pretty thin. They will come wrinkled, so you will have to spend extra time ironing them before use. It will cost you a couple hours of trimming time and probably a backache from bending over the table, not to mention the aggravation. Have your heating pad handy. I assume the good reviews are from mask makers. I guess you noticed they are MADE IN CHINA. Masks should be washed after each use (and in this case, before use). They will also fray, shrink and come apart if you don't trim the edges and prewash the fabric.

Not factory precut
Not traditional precuts. Cotton is thin and cuts are uneven.
