Really good supplement for my heart; recommended to me by my naturopath.
I have had a heart arrhythmia that comes and goes for the past 20+ years. I have had the usual work up from my cardiologist twice and they never find anything wrong. So I went to a naturopath who had recommended this product and it really works! It calms my arrhythmia really well when I take it regularly. I even like the taste.

What I like about this product is it does help with the heart. If u like natural supplements this is the one, just be sure put it in the ref when u start consuming it.

MUST USE WITHIN 4 weeks ( 1) month and refrigerate.
I love this product…but if I have to use before 4 weeks….that creates a problem especially when you don’t take it regularly. I won’t finish this bottle!…..so it’s wasted by throwing it away. Too pricey to do it that way. They need to make smaller bottles and I would buy more to keep. The pressure to use all this bottle in 4 weeks..doesn’t help my B/P any. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON BOTTLE. I have used this twice and it is soooo RELAXING…..I WANT TO GO TO SLEEP….SO NEXT TIME I WILL TAKE AT BEDTIME. SO WITH THAT SAID…I ALSO WILL ONLY TAKE 1/2tbls instead if the whole tablespoon. Its so good that I saw my B/P drop quite a bit…maybe that’s why I am sleepy? Alittle too low 112/63 taken 3xs

Cautious optimism.
After using it for about a month my diastolic came way down (measured at home). Still working on the systolic but it is in less scary territory.

It works
I've been using Cardio-Essence for over a year now and what else can I say about it!! It works! My blood pressure is fine, I don't take any additional meds and even when I have forgotten to take it for a few days, my pressure readings were great! I love this product, it actually does what it says it does!!! Love it!!

Heart health
After using it for 10 days started seeing the room spinning when I got up in the morning. Stop using it.
