Worked out great just like what I replaced. Exact match and not a cheap part. Great oem replacement.

Original ONAN Part
This is a perfect OEM fit for my Microquiet 4000 generator. Of course because it's truly an ONAN part. If you are ever going to work with ONAN for a repair, they will like to see ONAN parts.

Shorter Hex on Filter
The filter fit however it came with a shorter hex extension where I had to rework (lengthen) the incoming fuel hose. This was unexpected and have had no issues after running the generator.

It pays to buy the best
I thought I would save a few bucks and bought a filter made by another brand. Well the filter camber leaked and I wound up buying a original Cummins filter and all is right in the world. I will always buy Cummins products in the future.

Bought a new camper with a 4000 onan and the filter was leaking. Must have been a cheap knock off. This one was the OEM from cummins. Worked mint.

Better than aftermarket. Fit perfectly. Metal which is better than a plastic one.
