I already have the 1.5-inch BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Curling Iron and love it for loose waves, so I decided to try the 1.25-inch version—and it’s just as amazing! This size gives me longer-lasting, more defined curls while still looking soft and natural. Good curling iron as far as how hot it gets and the size of curls, however, the tip of this curling iron is TOO SMALL. It is very difficult to grab while using, it's too close to the iron and you burn your fingers!

Love this 1.25” curling iron for making soft waves in my straight fine hair. Babyliss was recommended by my stylist and she uses this one in her salon. Gentle on hair—great size and product.

Broken spring after light, household use. The broken spring is not really an issue, it's a consumable part, springs wear out, totally normal. The issue and reason for 1 star is that the company, Babyliss or rather Conair, does not stand behind their product. They do not have replacement parts for sale on their website, and cannot be contacted online. So, I called, sat on hold, and eventually a woman with a barking dog in the background picked up and let me know that they do not sell springs for their curling irons and I should just buy a whole new unit. This blew my mind, I thought perhaps she was kidding. This is a professional product, so I would expect parts to be ready available after all. Nope, she was serious. I asked her to escalate the call so I could make sure, but she just hung up. This was our third and will be the last babyliss product I'll buy. Definitely not professional.

My hair is ridiculously dense, thick and long, and takes forever to do. This is HOT and FAST for beatiful quick large curls or beach waves. Only complaint is that you can't change the voltage which means I am stuck to N.America

The handle is really hot, i was really disappointed for the handle of babyliss nano pro. Now i cannot back again even change coz its only until sept 28. I just use it trice but still the same. It's getting hot more and more.

This is the last product i would suggest someone . The distributor is also not good . They do not have exchange policy and pretty sure reason is they know the product is damaged which is why they don’t have this policy. When you switch on the tong machine the handle warms up till that extend where you can’t hold it . Being a hairdresser i have used a lot of tong machines which have always worked well but this one almost gave me a shock and ag the same time almost burnt my hand because the machine gets heated up not just the part we use for hair but also the handle. Super pathetic distributor and service .
