Intimate hygiene
Saugella is one of the better products available in this category. However, over time, I noticed it started to leave my intimate area feeling slightly dry. I believe whether this product works well may depend on your individual pH balance. Overall, it’s a good option, but after using it for 2–3 months, I decided to switch back to another brand with more emollient properties. Everyone’s experience can vary, so it might be worth trying to see if it suits you.

Hormonal changes? Look no further
I have tried so many different types of washes since I became perimenopausal and now menopause with very little luck. From natural to high end branded washes and all seem to strip all the moisture and oils from that area leaving the area dry and irritable and prone to flora inbalance. But one wash with this which foams up to be creamy and moisturising. It immediately got rid of all irritation and was very soothing and nice to use. Definitely recommend it - for now I will be throwing all the other products out and sticking to this!!

My doctor recommended this soap and I use it on a daily basis. It's the best intimate solo I've ever used so far. It really balances my PH reducing the risk of infections and makes me feel so clean. Very recommended to use in a daily basis.
