I was having absolutely horrible sleep quality—insomnia, difficulty getting to sleep, difficulty waking up when I needed to but in the night waking up every half hour, daytime drowsiness so severe I could fall unconscious at any moment, etc. My doctor recommended I try this on top of my other supplements and—for the first time in my LIFE, mind you—I’m falling asleep on time, I stay asleep the whole night, and I actually feel rested when I wake up in the morning. The only downside is that they’re a bit hard to swallow for people not used to giant capsules, and they really do smell absolutely vile. Think of the nastiest, sweatiest, grimiest gym socks you’ve ever smelled, wear them for a week longer, and pack it into a bottle. Totally worth the trade off, though—smelling it for a few seconds is NOT fun, but I get the best sleep I’ve ever had in my life.

Slept like a baby

Good stuff. Works as good as the rx ones. Smell isn’t that bad like others claim. Does give you weird dreams for the first few days. Not nightmares but odd ones.

These tablets seem to be working well. The smell is not so nice but my priority is sleep ..

I started having bizarre and out of the ordinary symptoms of anxiety and cardiac-related experiences (tachycardia), that presented as a tight chest and panic attack symptoms for a week straight. I read into the ingredient's and evidently in rare cases passion flower extracts can be the culprit. I found these to be ineffective for sleep on top of that. Be sure to be super mindful when taking new supplements and track symptoms. I wish I had caught this sooner than I did. I noticed 2-3 others who experienced similar side effects and wanted others to be mindful!

Seems to work pretty well when trying to fall asleep but doesn't help me stay asleep. Be warned they smell horrible, seriously horrible.

I started taking this as an alternative to a prescription sleep aid and it’s definitely effective. I only need 1 pill per night and am able to sleep through most nights with at most, one short wake up. The only negative I find is they smell awful.

This Is one of those crazy good and crazy expensive items. Is worth it to me for a good night's sleep, and this stuff delivers. Takes about 20 minutes and then gently sends me to sleep. Never leaves me groggy in morning except for once when I took 3 instead of the recommended 2. Certainly worth a try.
