I love Oregon Wild Harvest products. The ginger works great for nausea and digestion. They’re also organic, which is a big plus.

Good product

I absolutely love this product! I just started a glp1 and this is the only thing that gets rid of my nausea. I've even tried prescription medication and it doesn't work as well as this ginger. It only takes about 30 minutes and my upset stomach and nausea is gone. This has been a life saver for me. I tell everyone about it. I will keep this stocked in my home forever.

I've been ordering these regularly for at least a year now, maybe longer. I pair these with magnesium to help keep my menstrual cramps in check, and they work really well together. Sometimes, if I take these too early before breakfast or too late after dinner, they give me some heartburn or gingery burps, but I've found that drinking some extra water or a little bit of some food or drink helps resolve it. I take one of these a morning and night every day of my cycle, but bump it up to two in the morning and two at night in the week before and during my period. I also take two at a time during the first day of my period when I get intense cramps. Pairing two of these with one ibuprofen is usually the right amount to knock the cramps out for a handful of hours, so these have helped me reduce my overall intake of ibuprofen. Without the ginger, I have to do 2 or 3 ibuprofen (200 mg each) every couple of hours, which means I push up against the upper limit for those each cycle. With the ginger, I'm able to just do 3 or 4 ibuprofen total during the entire day, just spaced out and paired with ginger. It's a big improvement for me. I also pair ginger, magnesium, and one ibuprofen when I feel headaches starting, and that helps significantly as well. Lastly, I love these because they come in a glass bottle. Most other ginger supplements I've tried come in plastic, so these are a nice alternative for better recycling success.

It is a good quality product that does not cause any adverse reactions. I would not buy Ginger supplements from any other manufacturer other than Oregon’s Wild Harvest.
