This works well for my daughter's epipen, but it was already coming unraveled when it arrived, strings coming off of it. Maybe I just got a damaged one and most people got an intact one, not sure.I didn't request a replacement, so maybe they would have replaced it.

I have seen these running pouch belts around and was looking for a more cost effective option. I ordered this one to see how it felt. I'm very happy with the quality, adjustability, and build quality of this item, and I would buy it again.

The pouch does the job it holds my keys and phone. Then hides neatly under my clothes.

Item fits great, also you can put several articles inside and it will expand accordingly.
