I’ve purchased this type of Propel for a few months now after I began having difficulty purchasing the 16.9 ounce bottles of Propel as they were out of stock often. I thought I’d give the packets a try & make the Propel myself. I’m so glad I did! This is now a daily staple for me! I loved Propel long before these purchasing these packets because of the electrolytes in the water along with all the other nutrients. 1 packet mixes with one 16.9 ounce bottle of water. I have a 32 ounce water bottle. I mix 2 packets & 2 bottles of water & truly the taste is as if I was drinking a regular bottle of pre-made Propel. The taste is full of flavor & hydrates me. 1 packet alone is filled with electrolytes as well as 35% of Vitamin E, 60% of Vitamin B6, 25% of Vitamin C, 60% of Niacin & 20% of Vitamin B12~ also known as Niacinamide which is so good for our skin. Just one packet is full of all these good nutrients & I’m hydrating my body. I go through at least 3-4 of these water bottles from my morning to night. Hydration is important to me for so many obvious reasons we have all heard about. Drinking plain water was getting old for me which is why I tried Propel in the bottle in 2017 when I got pneumonia. The electrolytes helped me battle through that & ever since Propel has been my daily drink. As far as these packets~1 package has 5 boxes which have 10 packets in each. That’s 50 packets for an awesome price & much cheaper than buying Propel in the bottle. I utilize Amazon’s subscribe & save program so I receive a discount & order at my convenience. It’s a great value. These are also very easy to take a long with me. On a recent trip I brought a couple boxes & my water bottle. All I needed was bottled water to make my daily choice of cocktail. I can’t say enough about Propel in the packet. Amazon offers other flavors but Kiwi Strawberry is my favorite. If you purchase the bottles the packets are worth trying. If you’re new to Propel as a drink it’s surely worth trying as I’ve already written all the positives of drinking it. It also carries zero calories! I most definitely recommend!!

These help keep me hydrated because I hate to drink plain water. Tastes great and no carbs, sugar or calories.

Good product & reasonable price

I love Propel because they don't use any coloring agents in there powders. The watermelon is a great flavor, and the lemon is stellar! even tho they are far less expensive than the competition, I can't buy them all the time as they are often just not in my budget, but when I do have them, I live on them!

Ordered and received within short time, everything it was described to be, easy to use, makes me or drink water (Which I hate). All around, I would say this is a win-win
