Great light!
I bought this light to mount on my photo booth frame. It was recommended by the seller of the frame. It provides enough light for any of the situations I've been in. I love the ability to change the temperature of the light for the room I'm in. Nowadays, you don't know if the room is going to have warm white lighting or blue white LED lighting. This light can match any of them. I usually position the light about 5 feet away from the backdrop at 50% to 70% brightness. This lights up the subjects great without being washed out. The only issue I have with this light, there is one frosted panel that does not snap in. The panel overshoots the first panel by about a quarter of an inch. It hasn't caused any issues, but it's frustrating when trying to take out or put the light back into the bag and that piece falls off. Not a deal killer.

Cost more, but worth it.
Discovered circle lights before Thanksgiving and did a web search. I originally considered some of the smaller low cost circle lights, but after considering all the uses I'd find for the light, we selected this larger model. Our first use was a Facetime meal with our grandson that live 1,200 miles away. Our smart phone securely mounted in the center clamp for perfect alignment during our Facetime visit. We especially liked the brightness/color adjustment feature the light has and our image on the other end of our Facetime visit was evenly illuminated. The tripod the light came with enabled us to easily set up the light at the optimal table height and provides a very stable base for use. My wife does a morning exercise routine, via Facetime, with a group of friends. She uses this circle light on full brightness since many exercises are done standing up at a distance from the light. There is a very nice even amount of illumination from the light at all distances. The circle light mount allows a full range of adjustments in all directions and I plan to set up my digital camera in the center of the light in a horizontal position so I can use it as a copy stand to digitize hundreds of old family photographs. So far we've found lots of uses for the light and are pretty satisfied with all the features the light has. The initial cost was more then we intended to spend, but we're glad we bought it.

Def is a high CRI light (so it's not green!) - K is not accurate though only goes up to 4800
Finally very happy to get a true high CRI light. I have a color meter to check the tint (which tells you how green a light is) and also what the K is. The light only needs 2 points magenta to make it 100% neutral and that's the cleanest I have found with LED's so far so that's great. The K on my light though is not near 5800. It is only 4800 k at the maximum So if you want it to be a true 5500 K light, you'll need to put CTB on it. At the lower end - when the light said it was 3000K it was actually 2860. So just make sure if you need accurate WB and you're mixing lights, just use a color meter to make them match. I need to use this light in a room that has daylight coming in so it cannot be a green light so this will work fine. As with many lights that have power trim and are bi-color - the tint does shift a little bit when going through the whole scale of K. At the 3000K light setting, my color meter said it needed 6 points magenta. I'll take that over needing green. Then at the high end of K on the light it only needed 2 points green - which isn't a big deal either. Also when power trimming the light, the WB will shift a little as well even though it's not supposed to. Many lights with power trim do that. The last light I bought here on Amazon claiming it had a high CRI needed over 20 points magenta to CC the green out. That was the 14" ring light by Mactrem so don't get that one. This light has groups and channels. The instructions make absolutely no sense for what those are for or how to use them. I'm assuming that's for mixing in other lights. Also says there's a remote. I didn't buy that option. I went to their website and they don't even list this light so I couldn't find anything talking about the groups or channels.

light ring
I am extremely impressed with this 19-inch Pixel ring light. The brightness is powerful and evenly distributed, and the adjustable color temperature from 3000K to 5800K makes it versatile for all kinds of settings. Whether I need warm tones for a cozy atmosphere or cooler lighting for professional videos, this ring light delivers outstanding results. The LCD display on the back makes adjustments simple and precise, which is a big plus.

The fixture is excellent, The stand mount is loose and wobbly and poorly fitted.
My only issue is the ill-fitted top mount on the stand provided. The outside diameter is not extended far enough up from the bottom and tapers off too soon. The overall length is also a bit to short (does not extend far enough up into the fixture). The result is a very floppy and wiggly initial fit. The more you tighten the lock knob to stop the wiggle, the more it rides up on the taper and tilts to one side. It just does not fit well at all. So if you barely tighten the lock knob and slowly walk away and do not touch the fixture....it kinda sits level on th top of the stand. Poor design. I asked if the stand I received was the correct one for the fixture, and the manufacturer replies, "re-install and try again" ;-) Nice! I ended up fashioning a screw-on spacer for the top of the stand which helps the floppy tilt issue.

A good, inexpensive light, that will improve my vlogging. (UPDATE!!)
UPDATE: I had to go back and update this review! There in fact WAS a bolt in the box. It was loose in the bag the device came in, an wasn't installed... I found it when throwing the box away. For that reason, I updated this review to 5 stars because the bolt was in fact in the box! I feel like a fool, but it is what it is... This is a good light. I think it is well worth the money. I did have one issue, that I was able to easily fix. I contacted the seller on this, and they were quick to respond, and apologize. Good customer service, like I was given, really makes a positive impression on me. Overall, I think this light is worth the price. To my eyes, I think the light makes the video look pretty, good, but you will have to be the judge of that. If you are going to buy a ring light, you will want one with a larger diameter like this one, to ensure you don't get one large hot spot on the front of your face. A large diameter ring light like this has another advantage over smaller ones, which is that because all the light is not directly in front, it will allow you to create highlights on your face. Overall, I think this will improve my videos. I am glad I finally got one! One note, it is described as a "bi-light" but the color temperature is completely variable from 3000-5800 Kelvin, which is actually better than listed. It is a good light, from a seller that gives good customer service, and comes with everything you need to get started.
