Does “voltage tester integrated into the clamp” mean that clamp close to a live AC voltage will signal a hot wire

Just put the clamp to hot wire will show you a current not a voltage. For Voltage measurement you need a red and black prob to measure the voltage.

Does it come with a certificate of calibration or cane it be calibrated?

No it does not come with a certificate of calibration. I do not think this can be calibrated

Can anyone who has any of the models that measure inrush current test to see if it can do so with dc or only ac like most ac/dc clamps inrush mode?

Measuring charging amperage can be done in AC and DC- just press the set button to toggle between the two.

What's the difference between max/min button and the in-rush button? won't max give you the max current during in-rush?

It can detect in two ways. It will detect the in-rush if that is what you're looking w/ in-rush button selected BEFORE clamping. But if you are checking for any increase or spikes after the in-rush event, select the max/min button option AFTER clamping. Work safe!
