Not sure if these did really help me loose weight. Maybe a placebo effects? Did not taste bad, the tablets are quiet big.

I am trying to budge my last bit of weight and I am and have been on a stick ketogenic diet. I took my first pill this morning. 2 hours later and I am shaking, feeling dizzy and have horrific stomach cramps with numerous trips to the little girls room already! Maybe I am an unlucky one or maybe they are too harsh when not eating carbohydrates or high fat. I don't think I dare take another one at lunch so I won't be able to update on whether its a settling in phase but if I feel better and forget how I felt and do end up trying them again (you know how it is, the first baby wasn't that bad was it so lets have another?!) then I will update!
