I usually buy Premiere Protein shakes from Costco but they only carry limited flavors. I wanted something different. I was hesitant to purchase this flavor because some flavorings in general can be too sweet, and I’m not a huge fan of Carmel flavorings. I do like caramel but some flavorings can taste fake. This is none of those things. Just a light hint of Carmel flavor. I would buy again.

Great deal for this case. Less expensive than buying them at the grocery store. These are really very good protein drinks. I put them in my iced coffee. Very filling breakfast. Thick enough to satisfy.

They are remarkably filling and satisfying as well as nutritious. They offer a quarter days' worth of vitamins and minerals as well as the protein so important to growth and recovery. They only have 160 calories and 4-6 grams of carbs depending on the flavor you choose, so they fit low carb diets as well as low calorie diets. Their low sugar content also makes them perfect for my diabetic son. Perfect all around!

Had a mouthful to feel chunks being swallowed. Poured into sink to find worm looking things in the drink. Unbelievable.
