If you have chronic muscle or nerve pains associated with fatigue or condition-related cramping, this product can help relieve you of those. i have been using this since young so I can vouch for its reliability. Lather a capful of this oil onto the affected area and give it a good massage. For cramping, a lighter than usual up and down motion to help relax the nerves or muscles. I have tested other similar products in the market but I always go back to this product. try it. You will not regret it.
