Polishing Serum, 6 Ounce

I had the dark dye stripped out of my hair 3 times in a row in 6 hours at the hair stylists. Most of the color came out but my hair was lifeless, super-dry, like straw, and easily tangled. I tried a conditioner that changed it into steel-wool-like and unable to get a comb through. I had a little bit of this in an old bottle and was able to comb my hair. I searched for this on the internet. It is a newer version of my old bottle formula from the Pure Shine company. I washed my hair and mixed this serum with regular conditioners (John Frieda, or Pantene, or even Suave) to spread out the serum more evenly throughout the hair. I left that conditioner and serum packed onto my hair for at least an hour under a plastic hair cap. Then I rinsed it out thoroughly. Immediately my hair began to become softer and rejuvenate. I did this for the next 3 normally scheduled hair washings. My hair shined again and was much softer, and had become a little darker as the hair shafts filled with this serum. Beware of Smooth 'N Shine which is greasy.

Too gooey and sticky. This stuff reminds me of the way it feels when you get lip gloss in your hair. That sticky tacky feeling.

Works very nicely to shine hair. I have found that the smell is not my favorite, but it works for what I need it for, and is priced very well. It does not leave my hair sticky or greasy.

It does bring a shine to my hair but is not what I thought I had ordered, I thought it was the kind you spray on but this one does a good job too except it is hard to get off your hands after you are done. You only use a very little (the size of a dime) and it does what it says and brings a great shine to the hair and also helps keep hair curly. Don't know how that works but it does.

I bought this product because it is similar to shine serum. It works just as well and I just love the results. It leaves my hear feeling soft and without any frizz. I use it with suddenly straight. I have a lot of hair and it is very curly and dry. this allows me to leave it natural and manageable. I would recommend this to any hair type. If you have oily hair use very little.

I have problem hair that I need to blow out after I wash it. I've tried dozens of products over the years, and this is the BEST. It has no alcohol in it, which can dry out your hair. It's made from placenta, so it's all natural. I sweat by all their products. I put this on the ends of my hair, then spray on their laminator, then blow dry. Try it. It works!

This product is amazing! My senior frizzy gray hair has not been controlled until I started using this product! It is thick and yet supple when applied and after drying and combing your hair there is just a beautiful non-greasy shine! I love it! It is an amazing product and it doesn't have alcohol!
