I tried 3 different brands of 'off brand' before I found a toner that would actually function in the printer due to the electronic chip. The printer does say non-toner cartridge installed but it works. The message pops up then goes away in a few seconds then the printer will function. Others I tried the printer just sat in error and would not function. As far as print quality I have not been able to tell the difference between this cartridge and the actual Xerox cartridges that came with the printer. I have purchased three sets just to have spares once I found something that works. Three sets are about the same price of a single Xerox cartridge.

Easy to install and super print quality!

I have a Xerox printer at work and was shocked at the cost of Xerox brand cartridges. These cartridges work great, and I have had no problems with them at all. They are easy to install and a great value for the price. I would highly recommend this item if you are looking to save some money. I will be buying them again.

I was skeptical about purchasing after reading some of the reviews but I had no problem at all with install or print quality. The display on the Workcenter recognized the product wasn't Xerox but accepted the toner and I was able to print within seconds. Print quality is good; a little less darker than original toner but for use on my job the quality is still good for half the price!

I purchased this product in June of this year. Three of the cartridges worked. When I went to put in the last two in the printer kept saying the cartridge was not inserted properly please reinsert correctly. This happened for both the black and the magenta toner. I tried several times to reinsert the black one to no avail. When I put in the old black one from the same company, it is fine, but there is no toner left so I cannot print. I tried to reinsert the magenta cartridge three times and when I pulled it out the last time, the top of the cartridge came off 1/2 way out of the toner port and magenta toner went all over the printer and inside of the toner ports. I now have a printer I will likely need to send away to get fixed if I cannot get all the spilled toner out. I have a magenta and black cartridge that I cannot use and will need to order new toner. I am very dissatisfied and would think twice about ever ordering toner that is not OME.

I purchased two full sets of cartridges for my Xerox 6510 printer. When I went to replace one of the toner cartridges, it went in fine, but the printer did not recognize it and asked me to reinsert it. When I went to remove the cartridge, the end fell off in my hands and magenta toner went everywhere! Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. However, David, from Boudeaux Industries, who make the LimeInk cartridges was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and we were quickly able to reach a solution that restored my faith in the company!
