I was honestly pleasantly surprised by this set. The gold finish looks nice (doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy), and both the 3D roller and the T-shape massager feel sturdy in hand. The electric T-bar has a gentle vibration that’s relaxing without being overwhelming, and I’ve been using it along my jawline and under my eyes with my serum. It glides really well and feels like a mini at-home spa moment. One small thing to note: when I first received it, I tried using batteries I already had at home and they would NOT fit. I thought the product was defective. I ended up buying Target-brand batteries, and they fit perfectly with zero issues. I’m not sure if it was the wrapper thickness on my original batteries or slight size differences between brands, but if you have trouble, try a different brand before assuming it’s the device. Overall, especially for the price, I think this is a great little skincare tool set. It looks nice, feels solid, and works exactly as expected once the correct batteries are in.

I purchased this for use in my med spa while injecting. Brand-new batteries were installed, and to date, neither has worked. Questioning myself, I had a friend also try to get them to work. Neither my Doctoral degree nor her Master's degree (separate or combined) could get these things to work. The unfortunate thing is that I had already discarded the box, thinking that they were simple enough to use. Wasted a few dollars on these duds. Update: so I decided to try AA batteries out of curiosity and bingo! For context, the devices come with AAA batteries included. Why they would make an error like that is beyond me, but I’m updating the rating to 4 stars for that reason. I almost discarded them! They are both beautiful and effective. Grab them!

Excellent product! Does exactly what I was hoping. Gives good vibration to aid in toning my face and neck. Two wheels roll smoothly. I use a moisturizer to glide across the skin. Love the "set." Would buy again with no hesitation.

The 3d roller works fine. The t shape facial roller however is extremely faulty and does not work unless I don't screw the switch on and I hold it at an angle and even then it stops after a moment. So I believe the switch is faulty for the t roller and, as such, is unusable for me.

More powerful than expected. I love it. FYI, AMAZON Brand batteries are to large to fit, Any other brand works.

Regular AA batteries do not fit in this product. They're too big and AAA batteries are too small.

It's a good quality product.

The first thing that I want to say is that I find this a lovely little tool to use, it arrived very promptly after ordering in good condition and I have been using this every day since it came. The only reason that I deducted a star is that it makes a horrible loud grating sort of buzz come whine when in use that badly goes through my ears and for me the noise takes away any relaxing effects of the face massage. It is particularly unbearable when moving the tool at the top of the cheekbone as the noise goes directly into my ear. Other than that however it is lightweight to hold and move around and I like it. It is too early on the journey to comment on changes to appearance and one can only hope it will give a little lift as I am 62 but I do feel a bit tighter around the jaw and cheekbones after using for 10 minutes each morning. The T roller I find useful for massaging the severe swelling in my feet, ankles and legs as I have bad Lymphoedema and it is soothing. I am updating my review on 04/08/2023, because although I still find the noise bothersome, I felt compelled to give it the full 5 stars because the two ball roller is amazingly effective. Despite my age group I am really noticing a difference in my face after using merely around 8-10 minutes every morning after washing my face for less than 2 weeks. My neck and face feel much more toned and I believe I can see quite a difference in my fine lines and wrinkles, not so much in the deep set ones but I shall still work on them and see if they become less pronounced over time. All in all I am extremely glad that I bought this and for the reasonable price paid it seems to be admirably fit for purpose.
