Kitchenaid 2.1L Food Processor Matte Black 5KFP0919BBM

My Magimix finally gave up the ghost so was looking for a replacement, the deal was good on this so I took a punt and have been very pleased. It's quiet and easy to use with good quality attachments, cleaning is a breeze and it has surprising capacity. All in all a great piece of kit.

This was much cheaper than any other site or shop I had priced it on. It came promptly and packaged really well. A fantastic bit of kit that was easy to put together and work. I made a batch of scones immediately and grated 2 blocks of cheese to feeeze. Why did I wait so long to replace my old one! Would highly recommend.

While I like the appearance of this product and it appears to be well made, I find it too small for most of the recipes I want to make. It also doesn't appear very powerful and struggles with blending and mixing for instance. Overall, disappointing

Love the way it looks ... retro ...brilliant that it takes up little worktop space and you store all the blades inside the machine when not in use . Easy to use ...easy to clean & does a great job too ! Was worried I’d need a larger machine ... but I don’t ... it’s ample for me and I can serve a salad for 4 in minutes ! 😄

As this Kitchen Aid food processor is a new purchase I know it is early days to leave a review, but I have used it thoroughly, cleaned it and put it back together. This is a product that is easy to assemble and take apart. The good thing about this food processor over others is that each part stacks into the main part and so you do not have to hunt down the individual blades (I had a food processor previously and this drove me nuts). The whole assembly has a quality feel to it and has various grating and slicing sized blades. It comes with a dough hook and a good blade for chopping. I'm looking forward to many years with this machine.

Amazing piece of equipment, makes pastry , biscuits, and mayonnaise in minutes, like way everything is stored in the lid , highly recommend

Idiotic design. If you accidentally overload the motor, an INTERNAL fuse blows, and the machine is dead. You need specialist electrical tools to repair it, but that assumes that you can source a replacement fuse. Which, if you live in the UK, you can't (or at least, I couldn't). Bye bye food processor. Off you go to landfill, all because I tried to shred some bacon that was a bit too tough for you :(

This is a very lightweight processor, so good if you're unable to lift anything heavy but because of the weight it's not as stable, so really depends on what you want to do with it. We returned this when we looked at it and went for the Magimix instead. But the Magimix is significantly more expensive, so it depends on need.
