Vintage Mission Style Style Table Lamp

I bought this beautiful, well-crafted lamp for the 100+ year old house in Maine where I live. It looks like it belongs in this house and gives a soft glow when lighted. Like comfort food, it’s a comforting light. Lighted or not, it is stunning. It has a good weight and will not be easily knocked over… if you have a cat, you know what I’m talking about. I have another of this type of lamp on my nightstand, because it’s the perfect size and amount of light for reading before I go to sleep. And there is a feeling of satisfaction when pulling the chain to turn the lamp on or off.

Great lamp! It is sturdy and seems well built. I like having the two pull cords, which gives you flexibility of how much light you want to have. The shade is real leaded glass and is really pretty. It was also packed very well and there were no breaks or cracks. The base is fairly heavy, too, which is great since the shade is also a little heavier. I bought it for my home office/man cave (I work from home), and it really looks great with my desk and vintage beer signs. LOL There were similar lamps for over twice the price available, but I have a hard time believing they give twice the quality. One tip - if you use full size bulbs, they will hit the lampshade and you won't be able to square up the shade with the base. I bought some smaller LED bulbs with the standard sized base and they work perfectly. Plus, the little 40 watt equivalent LED bulbs only use 5.5 watts of power each, so they are incredibly efficient, and the yellowish tint to the leaded glass naturally softens the unnaturally white bright light from most LED bulbs, while giving a clean, pure bright light where you want it. Great lamp!

This is a heavy duty, sturdy lamp that emits nice lighting. It looks nice and classy. Considering buying more to make a set.

This lamp is perfect if your expectation is a good quality lamp at a fair price point. If you are looking for a super high end lamp at this price point this isn't for you. I needed a nice lamp for my bedside table that matched the colors I have and this is perfect. It's a great height, the colors look wonderful and it works perfectly. Some reviews commented on flaws in some of the lampshade lines, yes if you get super close you will find some that aren't perfect, but evaluate the price point. This is nice quality lamp that is perfectly matched with price. If that is what you need you can't go wrong with this lamp.

Though I see that some customers have had some problems with this item I have had no problems at all. The lamp is beautiful looking and exactly as pictured here. I have two large framed stained glass pieces and can vouch completely that this is made of stained glass, not plastic. The glass is exactly as pictured, the basic color being a vanilla-buff tone without greenish or other overtones. The assembly was simple, just screwing in the piece that holds the base and attaching the finial. Everything fit tight and square. I am satisfied with the zinc base. I found 60 watt bulbs too bright and downgraded to 40 watt bulbs which are just right for me. As others pointed out saving me time, let me reiterate that you should buy the smaller versions of these bulbs that are available not standard size. It is quite a bargain at this price as well. In other words I am totally satisfied with the lamp and would buy another from this company.

I was shocked when it arrived and frankly so pleases, I wss jumping up and down! This lamp is so beautiful, heavy, and the quality is out of this world. It was so close to a Tiffany, not kidding. I recommend this product. Easy to put together and be really careful to not break the glass. A small piece of glass actually and with it in case there is a broken piece. Definitely not a production type lamp. Looks so hand made, so close, to Tiffany, and is so beautiful!

We had a floor Tiffany style lamp and needed to match it in the same room. Expert reviews said an exact match to existing is tough so go with similar design and style. This lamp fits in our room and looks perfect on our new end stand. Good quality glass that comes to life when the light is on.

Sorry for the terrible photos - I took them at night. Lamp is worth the money but not the nicest thing I've ever bought. As you can see some panels are darker than others so the light shines through inconsistently. Definitely actual metal on the lampshade frame. The tiles are not glass though, they're some sort of plastic. You'd never know by looking at it though. You have to touch it to know it isn't a more expensive piece.

Lamp is great for family room living room or bedroom.
