After realising that I’ve been on antibiotics six times in a year and a half and during that time I’ve felt terrible in so many ways, I started to do some research on the effects of too much bad bacteria in the gut. It coincided with my symptoms such as feeling bloated all of the time, changes in bowel movements (feeling like I constantly need!), anxiety, inflamed gums, acne, muscle aches, fatigue, frequent illness and just a general lack in wellbeing. For someone like me who is very active, eats well and drinks plenty water, I couldn’t understand why I felt so crap considering I put so much effort into being healthy. I started taking these a week ago and the changes so far have been amazing. Firstly, I noticed that I was no longer bloated and this was a major problem daily as it caused a lot of pain. After a few days I noticed my acne on my face, neck and back cleared up completely. After a few more days I started seeing an improvement in bowel movements as they became regular and “normal”. Regarding my mental health, I felt calmer and happier, decreased muscle tension in problem areas which was caused by anxiety and a general lift in my mood and attitude. Other changes included no inflammation in my gums, I’m more able to do my workouts as I don’t have achy, tired muscles and feeling more awake throughout the day. I’d like to point out that although I received an email to review the product, this is completely honest and in no way part of a promotion. Honestly, I’m so glad I bought these as the problems I had were starting to worry me. I was going to doctors, speaking to the dentist about my gums and I was even referred to the mental health team. Please give these a go if you’re experiencing any of these problems, I can’t recommend them any higher.

Have tried other brands of probiotics, this seems to the best thus far. I've had long standing issues with my gut health, in particular food sensitivities. Having recently read a book called 'gut' I learned that my gut microbiome was likely at the heart of my issues. I was born via c section and there's a plausible theory that this leads to a deficiency in gut microbiome, hence my interest in probiotics. Nutravita products are purportedly made in Britain so this gives me more confidence that there's been robust checks in place regarding the manufacturing. My gut health is less temperamental since taking these, but to be fair, I've made other adjustments to my diet that would also be a factor in this so I would urge others not to see these as the one thing that will help. It says twice in the listing that you take 1 a day which is why I bought these... Enough for 60 days and 40 billion in each hit. Now they've arrived the box says take 2 a day and each capsule only has 20 billion in. I'd bought them on the basis each had 40 billion in trusting that more would get to my gut. It's also now double the price I thought. Really frustrating.

I was extremely pleased with these probiotics. Having been on lots of continuous courses of wide spectrum antibiotics, I wanted something to help replenish my good bacteria levels. I'd been advised by my GP that replacing the body's healthy bacterias was the best way to treat post-antibiotic candidiasis and diarrhoea. I chose this product based on 15 strain complex (previous products I'd tried had fewer strains) and the 40 billion CFU per serving (20 billion per capsule). Having used the product for a couple of weeks I've already seen a huge difference in my digestive system, getting back to 'normal' and actual behaving better than before I'd taken the antibiotics. These biocultures were especially good for me, because they don't have a smell or leave an odd aftertaste like some other probiotics I've tried in the past. I will definitely continue taking and finish the month supply, as so far I have only seen benefits, should I encounter any problems in the future I will update my review.

After a break from taking probiotics I noticed my stomach was not feeling well and started having AGAIN issues with bloating, digesting and with my intolerance to lactose and nuts. I didn’t want to order my previous probiotics as I found them too expensive (Garden of Life) so I decided to try these ones. I know it will sound exaggerated but after few hours of taking the first pills I noticed a difference. I’m not saying that everyone will feel the difference after few hours but in my case I felt better after 2-3 hours. Garden of Life too worked well on me and made me feel better after the first pill but Biovita is cheaper and really good quality, and when you take other supplements on top, the bills can get heavy! I have also bought these probiotics for my bf after he had few courses of antibiotics which completely messed up his guts and he told me that he feels better, so I think Biovita is the one.

Por el momento los probióticos me sientan bien y cumplen su función. Habrá que ver sus beneficios a largo plazo.

Je pensais me faire avoir par les commentaires...et pourtant !! :) Ici pour des problemes de ballonnements et je suis vraiment très suprise ! J'ai testé avant : charbon vegetal, derivé d'ultra levure...rien n'a marché . Je conseille d'en prendre 2 le matin à jeun 20min avant petit dej pour vraiment voir les effets. C'est top, ventre bien bien moins gonflé ! je vais faire la cure de 3 mois. Ps : j'ai comparé la composition à un autre bien noté d'Amazon et celui ci a bien une souche en + contre les ballonnements !

Unido a una dieta sin apenas grasas de procedencia animal y alcohol, así como baja en azúcares añadidos, son de momento el tipo de probióticos que me alivia por completo los malos síntomas del síndrome de intestino irritable (colon irritable): diarrea frecuente, hinchazón, gases y dolores abdominales, regularizando además las deposiciones (consistencia, frecuencia y horario). La dieta sin más (o estas cápsulas por sí solas) no me los aliviaba, pero la dieta junto con estas cápsulas, sí. Sin duda, por lo menos en mi caso, son los 26.000 millones de Lactobacillus acidophilus los que los que los acaba controlando, porque ya tomé en otras ocasiones cápsulas con 20.000 millones de esta bacteria que me los remediaban, mientras que otros productos con menos cantidad de estos lactobacilos no fueron eficaces. Además, estas cápsulas de Nutravita vienen acompañadas de otras 14 cepas de lactobacilos y bífidos, 1.000 millones de cada una, que también deben ayudar en el mismo sentido o en otros.
