Excellent for burying under a fence opening to connect fence segments without a hook. Bury at least 6 to 8 inches down to prevent wire damage by horse hooves.

The wire is very flexible. I'm using it for a 10KV AC / 30mA Lichtenberg system. Since 10,000 volts AC is actually over 14,000 volts peak, I needed the 30KV rating for safety reasons. But I expected the insulation diameter to be thicker, since a common alternative, #14AWG GTO-15 is rated for 15KV and is 0.25" diameter. This is rated for 30KV, but is smaller (about 0.18"). The insulation is silicone, which is very good stuff, but I wouldn't want to push it to anywhere near 30KV.

Good product for the money. Using on a fractal burner I built using a microwave transformer. No issues at all with insulation melting. Very flexible.

Wire is nice and flexible and I have tested it for a neon sign transformer (6A) with no issues. Would definitely purchase again if I needed more.

This wire is way under rated. It carries voltage very well and never heats up. The flexibility is Supreme. I used this wire in my lichtenburg device. Can't go wrong with this. I tried the white hard silicone wire only to go this route and it's the perfect match. If you want the ability to have removable leads also look for tig welding connectors.
