Wired Earphones 3.5 mm Jack Black (RP-HJE125E-K)

I bought these for my son for school, and they held up well all year long. Good sound quality and fit well in his ear. Will purchase again!

I've bought these multiple times over a few years, and I actually switched back to them from wireless after trying a few wireless pairs for a similar price that were both worse quality and gave out quicker. They've given out once or twice over the years, but I usually have to replace them because my cat chews through them or I lose them somewhere. Yes, wireless headphones are a pain bc you cant leave your phone somewhere to do stuff around the rest of the house if you dont have pockets or dont want them to get caught on doorknobs when youre walking by, but I prefer them because they actually last, sound decent, and aren't lost as much bc you cant just lose one earbud.

I have an older iPad that uses a 3.5 mm port for headphones. Newer iPads incorporate Apple's proprietary Lightning port, and these earbuds are not compatible with Lightning. Most of my iPad usage is reading newspapers and magazines, but also I am a YouTube fan and I watch movies from Netflix and other streaming services. So I need good sound reproduction. Not great, as you would want from a dedicated music playback system, but good. These babies deliver. Because I don't need a built-in mic or a volume control, I bought Panasonic's bare-bones product at a giveaway price. What I got was a set of earbuds that actually stay in my ears (the Apple earbuds were always falling out), and though their medium sized eartips are snug, they do not hurt, even after hours of using them. These buds do not screen out a lot of exterior sounds, something that is not an issue for me but you should be aware of. Sound quality is, as I say, good. The spoken voice, as in YouTube narrations, is clear and distinct. Music is okay, a little muddy in the high treble but I can live with that. One of the best aspects of these earbuds is rarely noted in earbud reviews but very important: They are LOUD. Most of the time my Apple earbuds required that to get sufficient volume I had to set my iPad to play at full volume. With these earbuds, full volume is usually just too loud, and that is as it should be. YouTube is notorious for the variability of playback volume of its content. Some YT vids come in fine, but with many, the playback volume level is set too low, and with my Apple earbuds I'd strain to make sense of what was being said. Not so with these Panasonics. If a YouTube video is hard to hear, I simply increase the iPad's volume level and the earbuds respond with sufficiently boosted volume that the video is worth watching. A final observation: The wiring of this earbud set is thin and fragile-appearing, and easily tangled. A minor drawback as long as it works. But on the positive side, the connecting wire to the output device is longer than usual, a great convenience when I plug them into my PC's far-away sound port. Apple has always been stingy with their wiring lengths -- whether it's a charging cable or a wired headset, they're always just a little too short. I'm happy to say Panasonic are not guilty of such corner-cutting.

Very good sound quality for this price, and robust too. No need to spend more money, just buy those and you won't be disappointed.

The sound on these is amazing. It beats much more expensive brands I have tried. Their clarity and bass response is high quality. They are also durable and function very well.

I have two pair of these. Work great for mountain biking, hiking, or just lounging around. Stay in the the ears well. Have good bass (need to be snug in the ear). First pair has not any issues after years of use. Bought a second pair as spare, why not, they are so affordable. I don't mind the cord, but that's a deal-breaker for some.

I've been buying the same model earbuds for years and they sound surprisingly amazing for the price but ever since Panasonic changed the product packaging (see image), they also reduced the sound quality, and I can tell as a music producer with trained ears. The bass is okay, but the mid-frequencies had gotten a bit fuzzier/less clear. The newer earbuds aren't bad, but the earbuds in the previous packaging are noticeably better in sound quality.

I listen to podcasts and music every day at my desk job and these are my go to. The quality of the sound is amazing compared to any other ear bud for this price. The fit is so good, you just cant beat it. However, i have to replace these every 12-18 months because a speaker will go out. Maybe its expected for the price, but never found anything remotely as good for the price.

Ho acquistato queste cuffie più di un anno fa per il prezzo a dir poco irrisorio di 9 euro. Mi sarei aspettato una durata di 2-3 mesi al massimo con un utilizzo quotidiano (considerando lo stress, annodamenti, urti)... Ma questi auricolari, dopo un anno e 4 mesi, funzionano ancora! Una cuffia sta iniziando a dare problemi, ma considerando la quantità di urti e cadute a cui sono state sottoposte è del tutto normale. Ne ho acquistato un nuovo paio per quando smetteranno di funzionare del tutto, ma per un prodotto di questo prezzo non mi sarei mai aspettato una durata del genere! La qualità del suono è eccellente per la fascia di prezzo. Medi-alti limpidi, bassi presenti e ben bilanciati anche sulle frequenze più basse. Sono rimasto stupido anche sotto questo aspetto (anche se da un prodotto Panasonic ce lo si poteva aspettare!). La cuffia è molto comoda nell'orecchio, dotata di gommini di varie misure per ogni esigenza. Anche dopo diverse ore di ascolto non sento alcun dolore, praticamente come non averle. I materiali, in particolare il cavo, appaiono di scarsa qualità e molto delicati... Ma a quanto pare è solo un'impressione. Ovviamente niente da ridire sul servizio di Amazon, sempre al top. Conclusione: prodotto consigliato pienamente come cuffiette da tutti i giorni, per viaggi in treno o per andare a correre/in palestra. Fanno egregiamente il loro lavoro e sono praticamente regalate. Un prodotto molto riuscito - rapporto qualità/prezzo stellare.

Spent weeks researching to find good quality budget earphones (as someone who looses and breaks everything), and I absolutely love these. Very comfy in ear, sound is great, great price.

I just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of positive reviews. I have been using this model of earphones for at least the last 5 years, and i consider them by far the best available in this price bracket. The sound is hard to fault (i find it generally improves after areound 20 hours of wearing in), the fit is wonderful - these are the only earbuds i've ever had that i can comfortably wear while lying down (even on my side with my ear against the pillow), and i've always found them to be pretty durable. I discovered these while working my way through all different types of cheap (and some more expensive) earphones available on Amazon. My primary complaint with other earbuds was always that the cables would fail around the joint with the 3.5mm jack. This was obviously due to my use case which involved wearing them all day while on my feet, reaching and stretching, and pulling my phone out of my pocket frequently (which twists the cable up a lot). I have had a few cable failures with these Panasonics, but only after at least 4 - 6 months of hard use, which seems reasonable to me. Other no-name brands in this price bracket would often start to go after 1 month or less. I do find that the silicone earbuds get pulled off and lost from time to time, which usually necessitates a replacement (i find the alternative sizes they supply are a little uncomfortable), but this is not something that i can fault the product for. At this price i can keep a spare pair in my car, at work, and in my travel bag, so i'm never without them. There may well be better earphones available if you want to spend more money, and are not planning to subject them to hard use. However if you're after a cheap, replaceable set of earphones that are still good quality - these are absolutely unbeatable.
