Women's Flare Dress Coat

I was pleasantly surprised when the coat arrived and I unpacked it - the box seemed like it was too small to fit a coat that would be thick enough for a cold PNW winter. However, when I took it out and tried it on, I could tell immediately that this is a warm woolen coat. With only my normal indoor clothing on underneath, the coat easily kept me warm in sub-20*F weather, and has even shed rain over short periods. I wouldn't call it waterproof (or even resistant), but for unexpected drizzles it works well, and there's enough insulation that snow sticks to the outside but doesn't melt through.Overall: a winner! Would buy again.

This coat is not for those balmy winter days! This is a serious weight coat you can wear over a fairly thin outfit and still stay warm. The design is very cute and looks nice on. Buttons could have been sewn on better, but that is an easy fix, and not that uncommon. This fits almost like a dress, so expect to wear lighter weight, dressy clothes under it. But given the style, that's probably what you would be wearing, anyway. I got this on a decent sale on Amazon. It is worth what I paid for it, but I would not have paid full retail for it. Oh, and the color is much more cranberry than the redder color in the photo. 4 star is for material quality and cute design, but I would give 3 stars for how it met my expectations and for the quality of the buttons and buckles. However, I plan to keep it and enjoy wearing it.

I really love the style of this coat. I have gotten so many likes and inquiries on where I bought it. The color surprised me a little because I was thinking more of a red color but it's pinkish red if that makes sense. This coat is very sexy. wear it with a hot pair of boots.

I wear a medium but ordered a large because other reviews said it ran small. I probably would have been better off with a medium, but it wasn't worth doing an exchange -- I accessorized with a stretch belt with gold studs that makes the coat fit better, matches the shiny gold buttons and accentuates the military look. The coat is very warm. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

The coat is warm and fits well. It was a gift for a person that wears red well. I was disappointed that the color was not a true red enough that I bought another gift to compensate.

Th e coat is very cute and I like It a lot but it was too small and the company didn't have it in a larger size so I had to return it!!!!
