I have IBS and these are my best friend along with my probiotic and prebiotic powder.

This product works as intended. I take 6-10 tablets with a glass of water every night, and by the next more i'm having a regular bowel movement. I like the fact that it gives you a gentle, soft relief and doesn't work like a laxative which gives you a harsh bowel relief.

So glad to find these in a larger size.

So far so good. Love the lack of dye, especially red dye in the vast majority of other versions.
