Researched this for days. This is the only wallet, other than trezor and ledger, on every list I checked. It was so easy to set up. Love the larger touch screen. Already made two transfers, so easy.. The whole thing was so easy. I was so shocked, phone app works great, I'm really impressed. Did the initial set up on my lap top, again simple. Just as an aside I've been in the crypto space for 2+ years, and this is my first wallet. Make sure you read all the info and requirements. Hope this helps your decision. UPDATE.. Still great.. Saw a bad battery review on here. Charged it the first time I opened it, it is still has the same full charge today. 3 months later. Still love the product. The ease of use is only gets better as you go through the motions. UPDATE... Still have not had to charge the battery. Firmware updates come through every so often without a hitch. The level of safety I feel is great. Oh, and this is almost a year later. After FTX after all of it. So I have learned that this wallets code is closed source. So that is another thought and up to you how you feel about that. That is a complex situation, I would recommend doing research from verified sources and make your own decision about it. I initially purchased this device to have a safer, alternative option for my crypto storage needs. With so many servers out there getting breached everyday, I wanted something physical I can keep my crypto currency in so I chose this product. Admittedly, I chose it based on its sleek look initially, but upon arrival, it’s more than meets the eye. The SecuX V20 is shipped in well cushioned material, and has very nicely packaging of its own. For the price paid, the look and feel of the product is on par as well. It has a bare metal casing and an all black face with a screen that doesn’t feel cheap. Once powered, it has a responsive touchscreen, with a single button to power it on and off with a multi color display. Security setup is lengthy, but necessary, Bluetooth pairing to your phone via iOS app was incredibly quick, and both the iOS app and onscreen user interface is easy to navigate. Glad to see that the device can be named, pin codes and extra security measures can be set directly via the SecuX device. My only feedback would be to hopefully see some improvements to the iOS app’s design.

Bought this device to add extra layer of security to my bitcoin and Ethereum. The wallet comes with a very nice package. Got to say the company has put in effort on designing the product, the SecuX has one of the best design I’ve ever seen. The build quality is amazing, the metal frame feels solid yet very light to travel around; the touchscreen is very responsive and the grip is comfortable too. Setting and configuration is pretty straight forward, It took me less than 10 minutes to set up everything and it’s ready to go, I have transferred all my cryptos into this device and so far it’s been a very pleasing and impressive experience (been having it for a week). Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for a secure and easy to use crypto wallet with a sleek design :)

Nice design, nice security features, easy to use, able to transfer to the wallet from exchanges and other software wallets. I cannot get the bluetooth to work with my Windows 10 pc. I did not try the mobile app. The ability to purchase crypto in-device while nice, is not good if you like to save your money. The prices quoted by the in-device exchange partner is coinify and they are price gouging. $2000 price difference for Bitcoin and $100 difference for ETH. So not worth using the in-device function, even taking into account gas and exchange fees for transfer to the device. Other then that, everyone buying crypto should have a hardware wallet, not your keys, not your crypto.

This is what my wallet looks like after it was recently wiped out. One day, my coins were there; the next, this is what my screen looked like. Did you give out your keywords? NO Are you sure? YES After looking at my place of purchase (here at Amazon's Secuex store) and reviewing the transactions, Secuex determined that somehow I was a victim of a fishing scam or I must not been in control of my faculties when I gave out my keywords to a stranger. I assure you I never gave anyone the keywords. Victim of a fishing scam? That tells me this device is not as secure as I thought. I assumed that If I kept this wallet in my possession and protected the keywords, I would never have to worry about losing my coins. I'm not a newbie to computers or how fishing scams work. Other than setup, I never even used keywords! It's still possible that I was an unknowing victim of some scam; however, how secure would this device be if this happened? After this experience, I will forever be afraid to use this wallet again. I don't trust it. If you are buying one, use it with extreme caution. It is not a set-it-and-forget-it device.

A little tricky to use at first. Once I got the hang of it, it's great! Says it can store ERC-20 tokens. Had a problem until I went online and got the FULL instructions. Then it was simple. Quick start up included is good for BTC, BTH, ETH and other major tokens. Tokens like Shiba Inu, Milf, Leash took a little work that was fully explained in the downloaded instructions (that I believe should have been included). Other than that, easy set up, Bluetooth works great as well as USB to computer! Highly recommend but also recommend downloading full instruction guide.
