I am updating my review My issue was paying for powder because the pills were breaking up in the bottle. I was really looking for another product but in the meantime I ordered two more and the pills were completely whole down to the bottom of the bottle. Who ever is reading these reviews thank you!

Very good item, it is beneficial and easy to use

The taste is fine. The tablets were broken inside, which makes it hard to take the right portion. After the first bottle was done, I ordered the second one, and it was the same. Other than this, no complaint. It is a natural, good product for health.

I’ve been using these for over a week now and I can tell a difference in my energy levels, my reaction to allergens outside, and my overall mood. I take these between meals and they do not bother my stomach at all.

I was pretty disappointed with this product. Mostly because the tablets are very fragile/brittle and most of them had fallen apart completely, leaving me with about half of the bottle filled with dust. Most of the tablets that remained were in pieces. I suppose I could get some blank capsules and fill them with the remaining product, but I don’t think I will bother. Also, these have a VERY strong flavor, and not a very pleasant one. I take a lot of supplements and they don’t always taste great, but this one actually gagged me. Honestly, I am quite sure that this product does what it claims and probably works very well… IF the tablets are in tact and you can manage to get it down.

Se las he estado dando a mi mamá de la tercera edad, que sufrió 2 derrames y le afectó el habla y la está ayudando mucho con su memoria, habla más claro, le da apetito, además q se le han desvanecido unas manchas que tenia en su cara y cuerpo producto del estrés, en fin yo estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado este producto Royal Jelly. Solo q tienen q indican q puede tener efectos secundarios si eres alérgicos a los piquetes de abejas.

I am very disappointed that this product did not have a safety seal. I will not be purchasing this product again.

Took it for 4 weeks....thought it made a difference in energy levels within 3 days....and I am a huge sceptic. Stopped it for 2 weeks, after 5 days of restarting, energy levels and stamina have been boosted. I think it is defo a plus for well being....also using honey instead of sugar to sweeten things, even a little in tea and coffee. Keeps the bees in a job too!

I heard about the benefits of taking bee pollen on its own and I would say the royal jelly does give it an advantage over other products similar to this without it. My expectations were quite low at first. But when I started taking them my energy levels increased quite a decent amount. I usually walk five miles every week, which catches up with me the next day. But I notice I don't feel as bad on those days when I started taking this. But I have not noticed any other benefits to my sense of well-being, unfortunately. But I have only been on them for a week. But I am pleased with it so far.

They give energy, reduces tiredness and they helped me in my lower back pain. I had read about bee products before they are very helpful when we struggle with bones and muscle pain but I convinced on myself after 2 weeks of using it. It really eases the pain
