Tasty and healthy
Doesn't taste perfect, but it's good and it provides fiber and protein

I eat these every morning for breakfast and they are awesome
Three years ago I started a weight loss journey by cutting large amounts of sugar out of my diet. With only 2 g of sugar, these are my go to breakfast bar every morning. I’ve eaten hundreds of these and I’ve only had a few bad batches and they never were sold by Amazon but typically came through the Walmart channels. These bars have fantastic flavor, and feel like a treat even though they have protein and are my breakfast supplement. I have these for breakfast, and for dessert I have fiber one brownies, which now have a new recipe and are even more moist and sort delicious. Fiber one keeps knocking it out of the park with their low sugar alternatives to dessert and protein bars. This is one of the few bars that has peanuts and not tree nuts, which is great for those who are allergic to tree nuts. Most protein bars have tree nuts of some sort, but these are safe for those who are allergic.

Worth every calorie!
Ok! I’m sure these are super processed, blah, blah, blah. But, they taste amazing! They have fiber and protein! The perfect (occasional!) mid- day snack and help meet some of those fiber/ protein goals! Will definitely buy again!

Big taste small calories!
This bar is delicious and it tastes like I'm having a candy bar. Without the sugar. I'm not saying it doesn't have sugar but it has very little sugar and a big taste with caramel. I think it's 130 calories and I enjoy it with a glass of red wine instead of chocolates which can have a lot more fat.

Taste much better than most protein bars!
Love the Fiber One brand, and was happy to discover these. Despite being lower sugar (husband needs low sugar) and lower calorie than most bars like these, they certainly don't taste like they're missing anything! We love that we can get a healthier, cheaper take that's really tasty!
