Disappointed ... bitter burnt taste - But after sales support very good, replacement excellent
batch number L2832 February 2026, as many others have said.. a disgusting burnt flavour. Its a shame as this was my favourite brand.... will be hard to trust another purchase. I have emailed the company and hope for a fair reply... and yes like most others here outside of the return window... But they only had a few available at the time so bought it to ensure I had some.. now very much regret doing so. I hope they will accept responsibility...... UPDATE, The company has been in contact and despite being out of refund window they have apologised, given a very good explanation and refunded.. and offered a discount on their current batch if i am willing to try it.. I like the Cacao.. so i am going to take them up on their offer... I can only say very good support and customer care.. well done update.. 14.04.26 I would now say 5 stars and great taste.. and perfect customer service......

A pale insipid powder, it could be that is just part of one off bad batch.
So disappointed, a pale insipid powder with a strange sweet aftertaste. Considerably worse than cacao you can find in ordinary supermarkets. I wish I had the chance to return the package and get full refund. To be fair the supplier replied by offering a full refund, very decent of them. It could well be that they just got one off bad batch.

Organic cacao powder
I use this organic cacao powder in my smoothie. The taste is what I like which is not to sweet. Colour is cocoa. Sugar content is 0.6g to 140kj. (500g). It has phosphorus, magnesium and iron. Says it is vegan and gluten free. Great value for money as I wanted an extra boost in my smoothie. If you should purchase this product look up the contents as for me I Highly recommend.

Davvero un cacao raffinato, di ottimo gusto, da aggiungere a latte o acqua per colazione, o come ingrediente per torte o dolci al cioccolato...

Ich bin zwar kein Kakao-Kenner, muss aber sagen, dass mir dieses Pulver sehr gut schmeckt. Ich trinke ihn immer mit gekochtem Wasser und ohne Milch. Gesüßt wird er mal mit Honig mal mit Kokosblütenzucker und etwas seltener mit Stevia. Schmeckt mit allen drei Zuckersorten sehr gut. Und auch ungezuckert hat er ein angenehmes und mildes Aroma. PS: Ich kaufe immer Kakaopulver aus organischem Anbau, weil nur als solches hat es den maximalen Gehalt an Mineralien und Spurenelementen.

Compré este cacao porque el que uso habitualmente no le tienen y después de haber probado antes otros, he de decir que este es el más parecido que he encontrado. Color claro y sabor suave, señal de que no está alcalinizado y es crudo pese a las opiniones que he leído por ahí. Si no reponen el mío de siempre repetiré compra
