Thank you for quality products, quality of this orthopaedic seat cushion is good,iam a working professional who work for long hours , perfect for me, comfortable to sit with it in chair,most probably it is light weight, reasonable price, recommend to buy.

It is much bigger than I anticipated, but it's comfortable and I started using it for meditation practice morning and evening since I sit for longer periods. Recently the pain in my coccyx developed, while any injury goes away over time, I felt it was important to make myself comfortable during this time and relieve the pain.

To begin with it, the description says it has gel and velour cover. It doesn't have either. Secondly, I'm not really sure if this is memory foam either. If you press it with your finger, it doesn't leave a mark the way memory foam does. Now, I've got operated for hemorrhoids and was looking for something I'm able to sit comfortably on. This one does fit that purpose to some extent. Before this, I got a donut shaped pillow. That didn't help me, nor do I think it will help anyone. The coccyx will still be resting on the ring of the donut which defeats the purpose... So you'll have to sit mid-way which means you won't get back rest unless you put a cushion or pillow on your back. So this shape is better, no matter your concern. I'm about 75 Kgs, for me the cushion is neither too hard nor too soft. I've felt high quality memory foam earlier, that might have worked better but not that this one is bad. I doubt other brands with similar price would offer something better, but just the fact that this cushion doesn't have most things from the description, like gel upper and velour cover, it loses its stars. Also note that this is not returnable, so even if it doesn't fit your purpose, you're stuck with it. I'd recommend getting something that you can try and return if it doesn't fit your requirements. Also, it feels better if I tie a thread to the open ends and bring them closer, so you might wanna try that too. Take care and I wish you feel better soon.

I am writing this review after using the product for approx 1 month. The quality of the material inside is very poor. The cushion has flattened to half of it's original height. That's causing uneven cushion with non pressure areas at original height and pressure areas flattened out.

My husband recently injured his tailbone nad was having trouble while sitting, driving, etc. He used normal pillow but it was not at all comfortable. Then we came to know about this pillow from a physiotherapist as he was using it himself. The pillow has real memory foam and is about 3 inches high thus making it very comfortable for my husband to perform tasks like sitting, driving, etc. It's design reduces stress on tailbone thereby reducing pain. He carries it everywhere in a separate carry bag and is highly satisfied. I would suggest every person with back problem to use this once and then cast your opinion.

With 2 fingers, l can fully compress the foam. I don't know which high density on 10 kgs it's flat. Can't be used to sit even for a kid. Warning - they know it's a useless product and that's why it's a non returnable item. Buy only for enemies.
