This is a nice spice blend that goes well with fish and chicken mostly. Have not tried it on other meats. The flavor is good and the spices are fresh. The small tin makes for easy stacking but it also means there is a small of amount of spice but it can be expensive if you use this spice a lot. The tin seals and opens easily without being loose. Overall, I believe it is worth it but do use more sparingly than some other spices.

Does not have all the lemon peel, pumpkin seed, or the curry-like spices in my previous brand but if you add a dash of those to it, it is very good with a full-bodied flavor and it comes in an adorable tin. It is an excellent product and I know spice blends vary so that's my only semi complaint. I would buy it again It's my favorite of the line so far...love Silk Road spices....

Not pungent enough. And quite overpriced for the tiny amount you get.

This Dukkah spice is not hot at all. It is flavorful and has a spice combination that tastes authentic and unique. One can made about 5-6 servings of spice crusted chicken, we stretched it a little with a handful of bread crumbs. I tasted it without added salt and it's surprisingly not bland for a salt free spice mix although I have to say I added salt when consuming. We baked the chicken after putting some olive oil on the meat so the spice would stick and honestly it was better than fried. It went well with a garlic-yoghurt dip. Will be buying again.

Got a recipe off of Youtube via "Tish Wonder" wanting to switch up my diet, so she uses Egyptian Dukka in this recipe for breakfast baked eggs, a shaksuka of sorts, instead of the spicy tomatoes and harrisa, she used any variety or mix of mushrooms, with shallots, garlic, dukka, spinach and fresh eggs placed in the well of mushroom and spinach mixture. Then place them in a preheated 350° oven for 3 mins to set. The dukka adds such depth of flavor and gives this dish a meaty flavor without the meat. You'll enjoy adding it to everything, salads, soups and I have another breakfast dish I add it to, it's a potatoes and zucchini hash with sweet red peppers, red onions and garlic 1 Tbsp dukka spice with 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, Wow fantastic. Love it. I've used it on meats, salads and eggs. It's great on everything and I will definitely repurchase.
