I install intruder alarms and each panel has a 3 core flex running to it and these work great at keeping the cable from being pulled out. They are much superior to rubber grommits. They are easy to install and can be done up very tight with just your hands, so there is no need for tools or running to the van/car/garage to get a set of grips to tighten. They look very good to and are not made cheaply. I'm very happy. One very good purchase. Will buy more in the future.

When you look at these items think "Rolls Royce" standard. You have the choice of either using them with the lock nut in a plain hole or discarding the nut in a threaded hole. Take care not to over tighten the body of the gland when screwing into a threaded hole because it is possible to displace the "o" ring seal. This does not happen when fixing into a plain hole and using the lock nut.
